The audience is a whole bunch of Disney nuts. At past auctions, much of the merchandise (but not all) has some kind of Disney theme. Take a look in the back of your closet for treasures, in good condition, you bought long ago and no longer use/need.This may sound stupid, but never having done a Dis meet what types of items are popular?

Also, are there rules or restrictions as to what can be auctioned?
I am flying in so I can't bring anything breakable or any power tools, so I am looking for wish list type items.
But my closet has no back, it goes directly to NarniaThe audience is a whole bunch of Disney nuts. At past auctions, much of the merchandise (but not all) has some kind of Disney theme. Even better. Lots of people would buy stuff from Narnia. But my closet has no back, it goes directly to Narnia
Very nice, Steve! I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing the stuff that's going to be available, they had mentioned it would be available for online viewing for those unable to attend. Who knows, might even "HAVE" to have something, if they also let you bid online! If not (or if too expensive), I'll just look and drool. Will remind me of a lot of my viewings of the Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
Maybe one of our lovely DIS buddies could hook a sister up with pics and you could bid through them?Very nice, Steve! This sounds interesting to me.....Still working on mine. Silly puppy ran off with parts of Baymax so I need to remake him. Getting yarn for a Stitch and possible other characters tomorrow. Will decide tonight what all I'm making and then get to it. I do know I'm at least doing BB-8, Mike, Sully, and possibly R2D2 as those take no time at all. The Stitch is bigger than I thought he was going to be. Closer to a real stuffed animal than a pocket size doll.

So cute!!This is the Sully I've made before
The below are not my work but are examples of the BB-8 and R2D2

So cute!!
Id love a Minnie and Mickey one of these.
When I was at WDW last, there was a knitted black and white (and grey) Minnie, and I umm'd and ahh' over buying it, and didn't, and I still regret it.
My sister even looked 6 months later for it and couldn't find it
The one I saw was at HM, and wasn't a foot tall.I saw the Oswald at Animal Kingdom but don't remember seeing Minnie and Mickey two weeks ago. I have made bigger ones but I don't know if I'll be able to manage a big guy before the auction. Stitch is still less than a foot so smaller than the ones the parks had to offer but not pocket size like the others.
I will see if I can find a little Mickey and Minnie pattern and add those to the mix!
