September 2016

Joining for September! FIRST TIME Disney goers me,hubby, and 3 year old daughter, and i'm beyond excited! We are 9/6- 9/15 and staying at Movies!
Welcome! With the Dis boards to help with the planning you should have a great first trip. Beware though,it gets addictive and likely won't be your last.

Our daughter went as she turned three, four, and five. It is such a great time for kids there, and she got more out of it, and had more opinions about what to do each year.

Please add my grown daughter and me to the group!!! Our Mother-Daughter trip is Sept. 13 thru the 20th..we have reservations at the Wilderness Lodge!!! First time staying there! It has always been my daughter's dream and so this time we are going sans kids and think we can splurge this one time!!!! Am so excited!!! We are going to drive from Upstate New York. I am looking forward to that part too!!! It has been a long time since our last "road trip" together...

Welcome! We finally have another WL guest! It truly is our favorite resort and we are so excited to be going back. Maybe we'll see you there, as our trips do overlap quite a bit. It sounds like a great destination for your Mother / Daughter road trip. Enjoy the journey!

Joining in for September. Me and DH will be celebrating our anniversery. We will be staying at CSR from September 16-25. We have not been to Disney in 7 years and this will be our first trip without kids. So excited. Can hardly wait for September.

Great! We're glad you're here and signed up. Seven years is a long time to wait, I bet you're ready to be back. You guys should have a great time with just the two of you.

Great, we added you to the list. We really like POP, and hope to come visit it sometime this trip.

Thank you very much. This is our first time there so I am definitely excited to try it out. It seems to be a favorite of many people.

Yes, we made a point to go get some tie dye cheesecake. And enjoyed walking around the grounds to check it out. We also liked waking across the bridge to see AoA, but for the money we'd probably stay on the POP side. Enjoy!

Just wanted to say this year I am going to Disney world! We are not telling kids yet and it is sooooooo hard to keep quest.

Yes, Happy New (Disney) Year everybody! We'll all be at Disney World this year. 9 months to go!

So how long are you going to wait to tell the kids? I love those stories where they are surprised at the last minute, but I could never pull it off. We already spend way too much time talking about the trip to keep it a secret.

Joining!!! We are headed to the mouse from 23 Sept to 1 Oct. This will be a surprise trip for my girls 12 & 6. Just me and the girls staying at Pop for the first time!

Welcome! That trip should be a great time with your girls. I'd love to do a surprise trip like that when our kids are those ages in 6 years. :)

I am not sure. I want their help with fast passes so thinking end of May when school gets out. We could then binge watch YouTube and see what excites the kids most. I want to tell them in a creative way too been reading different ideas, not sure how yet.

So my oldest thinks the trip was cx due to us going on a mission trip with church to Central America. I am going to wait till we are leaving for the Airport. The plan is to let the teachers know at the start of the school year and to get homework ready. Then pick up the girls at the end of the day and take a later flight out to Florida. While they are at work I will pack for them and get everything ready. Pick them up and instead of driving home tell them we have to pick someone up at the airport. Once we get to the airport tell them we are going to Disney!

My family (Dad, Mom, brother, SIL, and 3 YO niece) and I will be there September 16-21. We're booking in the next few days, targeting CBR.

We typically do Thursday through Tuesday, but this year I have to teach in Orlando for the week prior to our family trip. I'll "wrap up my business trip" that Friday morning (as in checkout from the hotel and cab it to the airport) where I'll meet my family as they arrive that morning. We'll then take the Magical Express together to get the party started. Unfortunately, my DH won't be joining me on this trip. He's "been there, done that."
