Anyone have any advice on where to find an AKV contract at less than $80 per point? I haven't seen anything advertised, but I see all these super low amounts listed on the first page. Am I looking in the wrong places? Thanks!!

I assume that those low prices are after some negotiation and an accepted offer . Just keep looking and put in an offer at your target price when you see something you like!

Wow super fast... Now, if my SSR OCT 100 pt 15/16 pts contract gets approved as fast that would be great!!! Im in day 14

I would say check out Fidelity. So far our experience has been good...they are responsive and courtesy. We just passed ROFR on Friday. Down side is they are closed on weekends and have traditional hours. Upside is lower prices!!
