Angel: She picked up a random bass and started tuning.
Hunter: He did the same with a guitar.
Reece: He grabbed a pair of drumsticks and started practicing a tempo on his knees.
Raven: She sat down at the piano near the back of the room and let her fingers drift across the keys, checking the tuning.
Hope: She squeezed herself next to Jay and started reading sheet music.
Jack Holloway: He came in like a whirlwind, PA and a concerned Lily in his wake. "What are you guys doing? Are you practicing? You should be, breakfast and coffee time should have been over a long time ago. You better not have been napping, you can sleep when you're dead. Murray, what are you doing at the piano, you only play the keyboard for a few songs, practicing lyrics out to be your priority. And who are these people?" he said, asking about Jay and Hope.
Hunter: "Oh, that's Liam and Bella. They're thinking of auditioning to join. Liam plays guitar and can be a DJ. Bella plays piano and may be the female back-up singer if her voice is nice enough, so that's why Murray's checking out the piano."
Jack Holloway: "How nice. Don't let it take up too much of your time, you got a show tonight. I'm going to catch up with Lizzie, see how things are going." He left, PA running after him, and Lily the secretary giving them a sympathetic smiled before leaving.
Hunter: "Thanks for going along with the act. Don't worry, he'll forget all about Liam and Bella in about a week, I think he's planning something. Had to do that, Jack's not really fond of the idea of us planning our own 'publicity stunts', even if really it's just us having a couple of friends over for a jam session, they just happen to be famous."
Raven: "Lizzie's also a manager, but a different kind of manager, and we like her far more. She basically lets us do what we want as long as we show up when we should and follow the calendar."
