Just was looking at my documents, noticed I only have 2 luggage tags for DH and I, we have 3 suitcases now what? This makes me nervous. Any ideas staying at CBR?

Contact Disney and they can send you more. This happens to me all the time. I learned to request extras when setting up DME.

WDW sends one for each person listed on the itinerary.

I think OP is leaving in 2 days.:)

They can go to the DME counter at OIA and describe the bag and DME will get it,but I think I would just go retrieve that bag myself.:)

Just give the ME CM's your claim check for the bag without a yellow tag. They can get it for you. I can't comment on how long that takes to happen or if it takes longer than the rest of the bags. But I do know they can get it, if you want to avoid going yourself.

If you do opt to go yourself I would just leave off all the yellow tags go and get them all vs. just 1. That way you don't have to wait on bags at all.

I have heard of some people cutting the tag and using it for 2 luggages. I believe it has a bar code on both sides so just make sure the bar code is showing up for each luggage

I made a color copy on our copier at work, reinforced the backside with duct tape, put it through the handle and scotch taped the ends together.

Thanks everyone for all the advice.
I made a color copy of my tag, was going to try taping it to the bag handles. "Alice Sr" did this work for you? I can't believe I did not look into this sooner called and talked with CM they said to just give them my tags and they will take care of getting the bag without the tag. Just scares me. If I get my luggage can I still ride ME?

Not my finest Disney moment, but ... last May I completely FAILED to set up DME and our luggage. Checked 2 bags without the yellow tags (because I never had any, because I failed to set up DME). Somehow expected Disney to have ESP... Anyway, got on DME without our bags, and as we were dropping passengers off at CBR, I see the part of the video on the bus that shows the yellow tags. And freak out, because we left our checked bags at MCO, with no yellow tags. I call the main Disney # and they tell me to just tell bell services when we get to the resort. I am totally embarrassed but the upshot was - they called their counterparts at MCO, had me describe the bags and the claim check # and turns out they'd already set the bags aside when no one claimed them, and were already on their way to figuring out where to send them. We got our bags before our room was ready. Everyone was really nice about it and assured me that it happens a lot.

As I understand it, the bags normally go on a different truck, so you might want to try talking to DME and explaining your situation at MCO and see if they'll bring the 3rd bag without you having to retrieve it at the carousel (and possibly taking a later bus).

Anyway, hope this is reassuring that even with someone who had a complete brain *** and left all her luggage at MCO, they still got it to the resort and quite quickly. :)

Yes, they will put it under the bus. You may have to take a later bus, but it is not an issue.

Disney has had their "no/not enough tags" procedure in place since DME began over ten years ago: go to the Welcome Desk, present your claim checks, and CMs whose job it is to pull such luggage and direct it to the sorting center will take over.

If you do choose to claim your luggage and bring it to the bus, it's customary to tip anyone who handles it. The exception, of course, is trucked DME luggage. Disney tips the CMs who deliver (only) this luggage to the rooms. The guest doesn't even need to be in the room for delivery!

Arriving guests aren't assigned to any specific bus.

It did, all luggage was delivered at the same time. I didn't even check in with anyone, just trusted that it had my name on it and Disney would get it delivered, which they did.

Sorry for late response on this but wanted to let everyone know we got all our luggage. I did make a color copy of one of the tags and used clear package shipping tape.
