I have been meaning to post our contract every since we made the offer, but haven't seemed to have time. Like everyone else in ROFR, we are anxious to hear back - should be any day now! Here is our information:

$114 - $23,419, 200 – BLT – Dec – 34/’15, 200/’16 200/’17 sent 8/4

As soon as we hear something, I'll come back and post the results! Thanks for all of the participants in this thread, this is a great way to keep up your spirits while you wait to hear back from Disney!!

Congrats! Keeping my fingers crossed for you, too! Though, I haven't seen a single AKV being taken at ROFR since I've been tracking the stats. So, hopefully that trend continues.

Has anyone tracked what resort is being taken back by Disney the most in ROFR? I have a BLT contract in ROFR right now and just wondering if alot of those have been taken? To me it seems like they are taking alot of OKW.

I think since July I have seen 4 OKW, 3 SSR and 2 BWV rofr'd but I'm guessing RobbW has it laid out in a nice little spreadsheet. Lol.

I had a bit of time on my 8 hour car ride home from OBX today, so searched each of the members you listed. Looks like someimaginationhuh cancelled that VGC contract and Iamthequeen passed rofr 6/29. Couldn't find any further info on any of the others.

So, BWV, OKW, and SSR are the only three resorts I have seen taken at ROFR in my limited time with tracking this data. Anyone with BLT contracts seems to be in the clear for now, which makes me VERY happy! Hoping to hear soon.

I wish I knew, ours was sent for ROFR 7/14, then an addendum 8/11 (the current use year points were incorrect). Still waiting...

Of course, usually I just have bad DVC timing - sold out VGC contract for $95/pt just before prices took off.

I'm surprised we haven't heard any more ROFR updates today. After Mondays, Fridays are the next most-frequent day to hear back about ROFR! Maybe folks are just too busy working on this Friday. Or too busy partying because it's Friday!

Ugh! We did the addendum thing on our first contract in May due to a points issue. Was told by our broker that Disney was "putting a rush on it". We did get word 2 weeks later that we passed, so maybe you will hear back soon!

Also, if anyone has any requests for reports they may like to see, let me know, and I will see what I can do as far as putting something together. Right now, I'm mostly concentrating on data that members are posting regarding their ROFR status. However, I plan to add additional data regarding dates for clearing estoppel, closing, deed recording, ownership transfer, and receiving member packets. Obviously, as our own DVC purchase flows through those stages, each stage will take on greater importance to myself. But I'd like to present the data to anyone else who may find it useful, as well.

Thank you so much for being anal about all this. I'm taking notes and currently in the market for the right resale to buy, right number of points and UY. I'm in the market for aulani subsidized and it just seems like there aren't a lot of people buying it so not much sales/rofr info. Would you happen to have any data for aulani?

You know, out of the 75+ contracts I'm currently tracking, there isn't one single Aulani. That's actually kind of interesting.

Hi Robb... I thought I would let you know for sure we didn't hear back on our ROFR today; based on the "stats" you posted, today was a pretty high percentage possibility, with tomorrow and maybe Monday still in the realm of possibility. I don't know if anyone has read any of the ThemePark Press books on the College Program students (I think the first one of the series was "Amber Earns Her Ears") but this whole experience of waiting for ROFR reminds me of the way the CP participants wait on hearing back whether they are accepted by Disney. They get on discussion boards, talk to each other and watch their email when the time gets close! I found myself checking emails today throughout the day looking for the news! It is actually quite fun!!

You submitted one day before we did. I had my fingers crossed for today, but I'm thinking now it will probably be next Friday. I just hope we can get started on the estoppel process before the Labor Day weekend. I really need my member number before Thanksgiving so I can upgrade to the DVC AP.
