Anyone use mPoints/mPlaces apps?

Ok-- did you see the new challenge on mplaces? That thing is worth a ton of points by the time you finish it. I think we figured it out at almost 900 points and no check in required. I've only got 4 pieces left to get so I'll finish it in the morning.
And I'll redeem for another gc in the morning. About 300 points short right now

Where is that?! I've been checking in and getting the prize boxes. Slowly finding more ways to collect points on here and enjoying it!

Thanks for the tips. I downloaded Mpoints when I set up my vacation countdown app. At the rate I was going I thought it would take me a year to get anything. But I see check in are the key. Will start doing these now!

I thought the same thing until I started mPlaces! I'm going to be sitting at a car dealership today surrounded by a lot of stores so hopefully I can do a bunch of check ins then!

On the mplaces app click on "earn" at the bottom of the page. That brings up where you can tweet and do surveys. You'll find the challenge there. 6 one question surveys. 6 videos. Everything else the app will finish for you

Has anyone seen the new receipt upload on Mpoints. If you load a receipt from Subway, Wendy's, Starbucks. All receipts uploaded are worth 1,000 pts.

Just saw that this morning! And I have a free drink at Starbucks right now!

Clearly, where I am, no one else uses this app. All the reward boxes I "send" out there are back for me to collect!

It must be the same for me because I always get all of them!

So just got my Starbucks receipt loaded and was able to do 10 check ins and almost finish the 1950's challenge. Basically since finding this thread I have made in 1/2 day what it took me 6 months with just doing Mpoints. Hope to cash out before this bubble burst.

I earned over 1000 points today just from rewards and a couple check ins! I just finished the Time Warp challenge too! Definitely think this app is starting to pay off. Now I'm wondering though if there is a way to combine Target gift cards? Does anyone know if you can put several of them together to cash in for a Disney gift card? Looks like mPoints only offers $10 Target gift cards so I'm wondering how I could combine them for my Disney card online!

You can go to a Target store and have the gcs combined. The first time I uploaded multiples, the app combined them. Last time I uploaded one, it stayed separate

With the fast food places showing at 50 points now, I earned over 1700 points using those and the rewards boxes

Also uploaded a Wendy's receipt from lunch but that will take a few days to show up in points

sorry if this has been asked over and over. I do swagbucks and this new Mpoints. I can load all the gift cards to the target app, and then just use them at Target check out for a Disney gift card?

Yes, you can. Just takes a little longer if they're separate gcs

Thank you! I went to Starbucks this morning and redeemed my free birthday reward and then submitted by receipt, so we'll see what happens!

Thank you for posting about this! I downloaded the app 2 days ago. I've completed the Boat Challenge, the Picnic Challenge, and the Time Warp Challenge. I've submitted a Subway, Starbucks, and Burger King receipt and checked in at lots of places. I'm still figuring things out and I don't completely understand the gift boxes and stuff, but I do the surveys when I see the chance in the Earn area and I figured out that instead of just checking in anywhere, look for the places that give you the most coins! McDonald's, for instance, gives 50 whereas Tuesday Morning is 10. Since you have a daily limit, go for the ones that give you the most coins, I guess! However, some of the 10 pointers seem to give you more of those little gift box thingies so I'm not sure what the best strategy might be.

Nice! I finished the Picnic Challenge and the Time Warp Challenge, but am still looking for the boat lol. Got a couple 50 point check ins this morning at Starbucks and McDonalds! I had 33 rewards/prize boxes to open yesterday afternoon! There must literally be no one in my area on this app. So if you're reading this and you're from Richmond, VA, stay away!! Lol!

I always go for the larger point check-ins because they are a sure thing and so many of the rewards gift boxes are 5, 6, 7 points. I also make sure I get all 25 check-ins a day even if I have to finish with the 10 point spots (altho right now, that's not necessary. I don't take anything for less than 50).
I've gotten over 3000 points in 2 days since they started the fast food thing. I've also submitted receipts from Wendys and McDonalds. Be interesting to see if I was one of the first 1000 to submit.

Off to WDW bright and early tomorrow morning (6am flight --argh). Good luck getting your check-ins this week!

Have fun!! Thanks for the tips.

Yesterday I discovered that Sprint gives 85 points for their check-in here! I also have learned to click on the ads that come up after a check-in (like 'search for a store' on an Old Navy ad). It often gives me 30-70 extra points and sometimes over a hundred!
