Those using swagbucks ???

Speaking of which...what is the Collector Bills?!?

Collectors bills are a promotion they do periodically, there was one in July and it seems the last one before that was in January. If you look at the drop down menu under your name on the far right, and click on 'My Swag Bucks' there is a tab near the top of the swagbuck list that says Collectors Bills. When the promotion is running, you can see what bills you have earned. You are rewarded them randomly when you get search SB. If you collect the whole set (it was 5 different ones in July) there is a bonus. I only got 3 in July because they kept giving me the same ones, and every search that gives points does not reward collectors bills.

Question on Perk TV - will the videos hibernate if you don't click on them after a certain amount of time?

I'm still learning the ins and outs of Ncraves too, but I think your first one of the day has to be done manually -- click through a slide show or else do a manual video show where you occasionally have to click on "Like it" or "Not for me". After you complete the manual one, then refresh the Ncrave page and you should see a number of additional ones show up that have the little circles. When you open one of those, be sure to select "Discovery Mode" at the top and it will then play through automatically while you go do other things. Do not click away from the page though or it stops. Some may only give you 2 SBs or so, but others may give you 5 or 6 or even 8 SBs. If you find one of the high scoring ones, you can run it over and over and keep racking up the SBs.

Ncraves were kind of a mystery to me at first, and people on this thread were gracious to help me get started. Now I'm a huge fan of Ncraves. Like the mobile apps, I can just run them and rack up the SBs with very little effort. I just check on the apps occasionally and restart the Ncrave occasionally.

Thanks for the tip about "Discovery Mode" and not clicking away from the page. I checked out the nCraves page but found it time consuming bc I had to keep clicking it forward. Now it works all by itself for the most part... (Just wish I could get Shockwave to stop crashing!)

Discovery mode? Where? I don't have that
Not all Ncraves have the Discovery mode option at the top. Find the Ncraves that have the little circle on their title picture. Those are the ones with the Discovery mode option available.

Can you screen shot it. I looked at those and I don't see it either....this is something I need to click?

Yes, if you're sure you clicked on an Ncrave with a circle on it, when it opens, you should see the words "Discovery Mode" on the upper left with a box to click.

I did take a screen shot of the one I have going right now, but then remembered that I have no clue how to post a picture on the Disboards when it's in the body of my message!! Strange but true. :o I'm so sorry. Hopefully someone else will jump in here and put up a screen shot of what you should look for.

In the upper left corner of the nCrave screen it will say:

nCrave Activities
Discovering Great Content
Discovery Mode

Next to the words, Discovery Mode, there is a little box you check. I never even noticed it til I read the post here earlier tonight.

Perk TV will run about 2 hours without interaction. Then a "Are You Still Watching" pop up will appear. It's not completely passive.

Pop Quiz will run indefinitely without interaction but doing it 24/7 without interaction will eventually get your account closed.

The rest of the apps require some degree of interaction.

OK so last night I learned about Discovery Mode on the nCrave page subjects with the little circle on them. I earned about 24 SB doing that last night......
TODAY..... I go to the same page and I have the same subjects available BUT none of them have the little circles!!!!!!!!
What's up with that???
Anyone else?

OK UPDATE-- (this may be helpful to other newbies like me!)
I clicked on the Auto subject. Went through that clicking it forward through the videos to the end and earned the SB. Then I went back to the main nCrave page and some of the subjects THEN had circles on them (indicating they are available now in Discover Mode)
So if you don't see the circles at first, try doing one of the subjects manually to the end and then then the circles may appear.

Your first nCrave of the day must be done manually. The ones with the little circles will appear after you've complete your first nCrave.

is encrave working for everyone? I continue to get no activities available, check back later. I haven't done any in quite awhile. I can't even get the daily one to work. Would love to do the automatic! Working on my target gift cards, now that I have learned on the DIS how to increase my disney discount percentage! :)

WEll after trying 3 it did show up...however I clicked it and it didn't continue on...so maybe my computer is screwy.

Re: nCrave--
Is anyone else getting to the end of the videos on a page and then in the upper left corner, in green text it says, "Activity Completed" BUT... in the upper right corner of the same page there is an orange exclamation point and a message that says "This activity was not fully completed"

How can it be both completed and not completed????

I've saved screenshots of these pages and submitted a ticket regarding the lack of credit. I'll let you know what the reply is.
Rather pointless having my laptop running and using power for 0 credits at the end.

I noticed that sometimes the "Discovery Mode" would spontaneously "uncheck" itself and the page would stall. So I just re-clicked the Discovery Mode back on and it proceeded.

This happened to me twice today! I submitted a ticket as well so hopefully it gets resolved!

Today's ISpy day - codes at 1, 3, 5, and 7 eastern (that is USUALLY the times)- these only last 5 or 10 minutes before they expire! Clues are on twitter with a hint where to look for the answers.

Okay Swaggernauts, convince me that nCrave is worth the trouble. I used it a lot earlier in the month when they had double points, but I just don't see the benefit that some of you are getting? It takes so long to run through the Discovery videos and then I get 2-4 SB, but my laptop is held hostage by the page since I can't navigate away from it.

When I use Watch feature I manually move through the videos, watching about 20 seconds each. Using that method it takes about 4 minutes to earn 3 SB. And I can navigate to other pages (like DIS) if I want.

So sell me on nCrave vs. Watch.

I can't seem to get it to work like the others either.

For those who wanted to try Mypoints, I found a new way to earn a few points each day. If you go to Videos, you can watch up to 10 for 1 point each (per day). The thing is that you don't actually have to watch them for credit. Click play, then move the cursor to the end of the progress bar. I usually leave it with 1 second to go. It still credits. Sometimes there are ads, but not very often. At first I thought it wasn't worth the 10 points, but 31 days X 10 points = 310 points, which is the equivalent of 5 surveys. Will help me cash out faster.
