It can definitely be used for DHS, but assuming that Kuka is not allowed to supply arms until 2017, it's safe to expect that Pandora will feature a different kind of technology. At the end of the day, I don't really see the point of installing kuka arms in a theater-like environment when other type of simulators can do the job as well.
Some years ago before Uni won the exclusivity deal, there was a rumor of an Incredible's coaster featuring kuka arms that was cancelled because of the deal between them and Uni. Don't know if there were actual plans for that, but it'd be a pretty cool ride for the Pixar expansion. A Star Wars coaster with that technology could work great as well... But then again, if Disney comes up with a different ride system that will make justice to the story, they don't really have to build that sort of ride at the risk of being compared to FJ.
