Who is planning on being in Disneyland 7/17/2015?

It's almost 5am and I am awake earlier than planned. Debating if I should wake sleeping DD now or wait until 5:30am. Reports are that there were 400 ppl in line by 4am.

In line now. They have a few lines wrapping around where the buses/shuttles are. I think the left hand side is full or almost full.

Been delaying departure time for news from the front.

Looks like we will be heading out at around 6am; in case parking structure does not open until 6:30.

We got in line at 6am. Took us 45 mins to get out of the hotel room! This morning in particular, I am loving that we are staying so close at the Fairfield Inn! A fair number of ppl in line but the esplanade is not full.

A lot of shrieking happened at 6:20am and the crowds surged forward. But nothing has happened. Just heard a rumor that they will open the gates at 6:30am.

Since I haven't seen anyone mention a DIS meet, I'll set up one.
I'll be at the Fantasia Gardens (old motor boat dock) behind Edeweiss Snacks at noon.

No hats. Special OC Register, pins and map. Rides are open right now, we're almost done with tomorrowland

We got special buttons (not pins) and the newspaper. Dh came at 7am and got them too. Not really worth lining up early. But was fun.

They let us into Main st at 6:30am. Then rides opened at 7am.

Just passed a cupcake give away at the Captain EO theater, big line but I didn't see any info. Will check it out after we ride Space.

Lomg lines for the few seats in front of the Castle and some lines already for the cupcake stations. Not looking for merchandise so no idea of the crowds there.

Indiana Jones is down indefinitely. Space Mountain isn't that long of a wait!

Cupcake lines are long and crazy, I don't know if i will bother getting one unless the line shortens.

They had camping in the parking shuttle bus area for the 24 hr. I even saw people in wheelchairs?!?! camping the night before. How stupid/bored are people getting these days that they feel the need to do these types of things?

I hear a Maria Muldaur song coming on....but cacti are not natural to the Arabia peninsula...paranormal indeed!!!
