We've got Deluxe APs but we're out of DVC points! A year of Disneyland trips- updated 6/27!

That is a nice picture of Splash Mountain on the ride photo. You were able to do a lot of rides that night and it is fun to take pictures of the Tea Cups at night.

No.pictures of the dinosaurs! They are among my favorites and I have not seen them in YEARS! I must see them soon! But I don't know when I can!

No, no dinosaur pics BUT I missed a very important part of the night. Its not earth shattering but it sure was fun.

I am amazed how many rides you got done that night. I love the way the walkthrough is all lit up.

We have to make sure that we get that done in September.

I CAN NOT WAIT until October!!!!!!! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

I was thinking the same thing as Corinna, you got a lot done that night! Fun Fun Fun!

That corn dog looks might scrumptious! There was a fabulous cheese dog at DCA, I'm going to need a repeat popcorn::

I want to know about the missed part :)

I love how it's all lit up too. Disney takes on a whole new level of magic at night.

It wasn't a huge thing but it was fun. I totally forgot that we didn't exit on Main St immediately but went to NOS for Mickey beignets. :woohoo: And then we left the park. The pic are uploaded to Photobucket so I will add them.

I am sooooo excited too. I love your DVC/hotel plans. Staying at all three resorts is going to be amazing! :cloud9: Pool day at your pad!!!

We are going to need to try the cheese dog. Joshua is a fried cheese fanatic.

Love the picture from Splash!

Great night.

:thanks: It was a great night!

Mickey beignets sound scrumptious! popcorn:: so many things I missed!

I've been looking at resort pictures obsessively, I'm so excited!!! We can do mid-day pool time any day, or plan a full pool day and parks at night, or any thing really. I'm ok with any plans. We'll be able to use the VGC pool all Sunday and Monday.

Pooltime is my favorite time! And fun you'll get to use all 3 pools. :woohoo: We are good with anything. And our APs don't have any block out days in October. party:

Each resort is just wonderful. Have you made any room/villa requests?

The PP pool doesn't look very inviting, hopefully the pictures aren't showing how it really is. The slide looks fun though. DL Hotel pool looks awesome!!!

No room requests, but PP is booked as a standard view, and DL Hotel as a Premium View, DTD/pool. That's what was available. I'm playing around with adding the night of the 21st, because travel will take all day whenever I leave. Flights are the same.

No blackout dates is fantastic!!!

I might not need to add the night of the 21st after all, I could take a red eye via Delta and still have that whole day to play.

I do want to see you Pam on, is it the 14th? We leave the morning of the 16th and from what I gather, pretty early. I want to get on the ship ASAP! It's a three hour minimum drive down there so we need to pack the car the 15th and leave around 6AM on the 16th. I'm sorry I'll miss you folks at the parks, but I so need this cruise. Fran is talking about canceling our July car club event in Cambria. While I'm not married to the car club, getting away from home and daily responsibilities for a weekend sounds like heaven right now.

Besides we have a room with a fireplace. Not ideal in California in July but still picturesque and slightly romantic. We aren't planning on taking a classic car so it would just be travel and fun and seeing some "not so old" friends or spending time alone together. Sounds wonderful to me. No boxes. Scanners. Moving music. Just eating out and coastal scenery!

The PP pool is fun. They pipe the fireworks music in by the pool area or use to many moons ago. Last time we stayed there they did.

I always book the cheapest view on points and have been upgraded every time. We'll chat before then. I generally fax my requests in.

We'll stay until the 21st. We'll have a night in Vegas on the way out and then 6 mights at Disney; off site of course.

Do you do okay with the red-eyes?

We'll arrive the 15th about noon. If you have time, lets do lunch. We can grab Pam and come to you, maybe meet somewhere by the beach if everyone is game. @Pinkocto have you been to the west coast beaches?

Is the car club vacation in two weeks? Let me know if you don't go. I bet some time away sounds heavenly right now. You have been working your tail off. Coastal scenery is the best! :cloud9: I hope you ladies go. How is Fran feeling?

:rainbow: And I think this smiley is ever so fitting in light of today's AMAZING news. :rainbow:

Yes, I'm flying in the 14th. I know we had originally talked about me staying at your house, but I didn't want to put any pressure on Fran. The night was available at PP so I booked it. We can do something on the 14th, or on the 15th with Jenny if that's better.

I hope you don't cancel your July plans, you've cancelled so much recently :(

That's too cool! I didn't see the fireworks when I was there in 2013

I've never put in an official request before, it doesn't bother me where I am.

Couldn't get M to ok a longer stay?

Do you do okay with the red-eyes?

I've never done one before. But if it means a whole extra day at DL I'm game to try one. And this way I don't have to worry about booking another night. Delta is only a few dollars more than Southwest.

I would love to go to the Belmont Brewing Company. It's right on the beach (pier actuallly) and I haven't been there in years. I just looked up their menu and it looks yummy. It's changed since I was there last, but still looks good. They have vegetarian options and lots of seafood, plus they have burgers and some great appetizers that can be shared.

I'm hungry right now. We didn't have dinner last night as we had a large late lunch.

I realized that a 7 night vacation is quite reasonable. I prefer 9-10 but who doesn't? I need to be a little more realistic. ;) Beach it is!!!!! :woohoo:

Thats in Belmont Shore right? I haven't been there in decades. :lmao: Sounds great to me. Keep me posted on July and your car club trip. Even though its summer, a room with a fireplace is always nice...just crank up the AC.
