We've found that the best way to organize the "spreadsheet" without sharing private info is to upload the pdf into a conversation and share it only with the designated people who signed up.

Hi from Pittsburgh Jackie!!!

To make a very long story short...this will be our first ever cruise (we had tis scheduled twice only to run into not one but TWO surgeries for my husband...ugh!!!)....We have a 10 y/o daughter, my husband and I, and my mom Kathy going with us....two rooms: TBD by the cruise line as these were "restrictions apply" verandah rooms....but, we would LOVE to share info, see if Kayla could make a quick, summer PenPal, join a fish extender list, you name it!!!

We will be staying at All-Star Movies for two days prior (veterans of DW, but rookie cruisers....), FYI....

Can you help us???

For those posting in this Cruise Meet thread to join a FE, if no one comes forward to organize a FE for this cruise, anyone can organize the FE right in this thread and just share a pdf document through a private conversation confidentially with just those who want to join in!

Cruise Meet threads are doing just fine still managing meet and Fish Extender discussions right here on the DIS as they have since FE began (also here on the DIS).

FE organizers generally need to know how many people (adults/children) are participating in each cabin with child ages for age appropriate gift giving. Other information you would like to share such as names, allergies, favorite characters, etc. is completely up to you. Other personal information is not really necessary. Those organizing FEs typically ask for the information to be posted in the meet thread or sent to them via PM (conversation).

We just booked this trip and are excited to join you all! This is our 2nd cruise (the last one was 13 years ago!!) and it's Me, DH, DD 15, and DD 12.

The fish extender group has decided to stop adding cabins due to numbers. If I already talked to you and got all your info I have you on list but unfortunately no new people.

Although if you list your info here I will be happy to personally do a mini FE group with you so no one is left out or we can even start a 4th list here if people want to. Just let me know.

No, please don't worry! We don't want to disrupt plans already in place! We came late to the game and don't want to upset the apple cart!! After having to cancel 3 cruises over all these years, we are just happy that we will be able to be on that glorious ship!!!

I am ok with 16. I have never participated in one before so I don't have any experience. But I am ok with whatever the group decides.

Glad to know you have a 7 year old too! My boys love to make new friends! They love sports, swimming, video games... and playing with other kiddos. I'm sure they'll hit it off!
