Does anyone know about Vegas Brazil, LLC Alamo discount?

I was checking Costco's rate and inadvertently switched some numbers around entering a Contract ID of 7016427 instead. This is a working code for Vegas Brazil, LLC and the rates were a lot better than I found with Costco or Vroom.

I cannot find anything about this code to determine if it's more of a general -- anyone can use code -- or if you need a special membership.

I googled it and can't find anything. Do any of you have any ideas?!

Thanks!

From what I can tell from their website they seem to be a legit travel agency out of Vegas. The other advantage I would see with booking this code over the Vroom discount is that there is NO Insurance added to it. The reason that is good? Hypothetically, if for some reason I was in a accident, I wouldn't have to worry about the car company pulling the insurance if I wasn't eligible for it in the first place like with the Vroom discount. The Vroom insurance appears to be just for intl travelers in US. My personal car insurance will cover me anyways.

Again Hypothetically, from what I can tell, the Vegas Brazil discount appears to be just a car discount code. Again with all of these corporate codes, your booking at your own risk. If you also you use this public Alamo Double Upgrade AU4224FDC you can get the Vegas Brazil and book a compact rate and get the double up which will land you a standard care. Nice little deal :)

I actually am going to try using the Vegas Brazil next month when I go to Orlando. I'm flying into Sanford (SFB) but am gonna use the alamo kiosk and not the check in counter. Even if for some reason that Vegas Brazil rate blows up in my face there and I cant use it, I have a back up rental thru Thrifty car rental. They have a really good deal going on for a mid size rental for $139 for the week. after taxes its like $194. This is my first time posting on here, so if I get in trouble for posting the code, I apologize and wont do it again. the code is ET139 put it under Promo # . Its a 100% legal code for everybody to use. you can even verify it under thrifty's website for deals. You dont have to enter any credit card info either. So I can cancel it after I pull out of the gate in my alamo rental. But I'd rather use the Vegas code and save $55 over the thrifty. So I'm covered either way.

I am very interested in hearing how this works for you. I booked a car today for the second week of February using this code. I have a back up as well. Please keep us updated!!

did either of you have any issues using the Vegas Brazil code at MCO Alamo? I got a great deal on a minivan in Sept 2015 using this and the VISA coupon ($30). Wondering if its TOO good to be true ... :(

I actually found a better rate using Costco's code one day so we did not use this rate, but I would love to know if anyone else has been successful for future trips!

I just booked with this code and got my rate down another $25. It's not much but the mid March rates are high and have seen almost no movement in the last month. I too have a back up ressie with Dollar.

I'm curious to know if anyone has used it with success???

Hey dancin Disney style, did you have any trouble using this code on your trip?
I'm trying it for our September trip to Vegas and the rates are over $100 less for the week than regular Costco rate ($157 compared to $272), but still a little leery as no one seems to have any success stories to share.

Yes....I did use it. Gosh, I intended to come back and post about it but totally forgot. When I arrived at the Alamo counter the line was crazy long and I had left my DD waiting for the bags to come out. I needed to be finished quickly to get back to my DD so I opted for to use the kiosk. I had never used it before and it's my new BFF....I will use it every time from here on out. It was very easy!!!! So after getting the paper work from the kiosk I headed back upstairs to meet my DD. After we dragged the bags out to the garage we picked our car and off we went. The guy at the gate said nothing, just looked at my paperwork, scanned the sticker on the windshield and we drove off.

BTW, I had a compact booked and the lane was empty so we got a free upgrade to midsize. The midsize lane had a really weird assortment. Mainly Toyota Sienna's but there were also 2 Nissan pickup's, a few Hyundai accent's(which are econo's), a Kia Soul, Nissan Cube which we took and a few other assorted small cars.

Wow great to hear. Kiosk or online check-in is definitely the way to go with Alamo.
Using the code for our January 2016 WDW trip cuts our rental rate in half (but we are still a really long way out, suspect that regular rates will drop before then)
Thanks for your reply, it put my mind at ease for our Vegas trip in Sept and hopefully anyone else who's trying this code for the first time.

7016427 no LDW?

Is there anyone else out there that has used this code with success? I will not be needing it until September but so far this code is giving me the best rate.

I'm not sure if this seems weird to anyone else, but our rental (using this code) for a week in Vegas in Sept is $157 taxes incl. and our week rental in Jan 2016 from MCO is the same price (give or take a few cents). Weird coincidence, or just me being paranoid?

We would not worry about an additional driver either. Rates for November are crazy, but this code was fairly decent. Hopefully, we will see some reports from others that used it.

Thanks all! I booked a minivan for August using the Vegas Brazil & Visa code. Got my price down to $254 for the week! I cancelled my booking that used the VROOM code. I was too worried about the insurance issues.

Glad to know about the kiosk. Anything that gets 3 adults and 3 kids out of the muggy airport and into a cool air conditioned car faster gets a thumbs up from me!

Worked fine for me. Late September dates and used a coupon. How is it not working?
I meant that the KLM code that was popular for awhile is no longer working.
This (Vegas Brazil code) works to make the reservation, I have one booked in Vegas in Sept and another in Jan 2016 at MCO.
Was just looking for info of what happens when you pick up.
Is the code questioned or declined, has anyone been required to show proof of affiliation with the travel agency that this belongs to?
