Another quick question.... We have a cabinet full of refillable mugs and if we get free dining we will have 3 more to add to that cabinet. My husband saw one at my daughter's equine therapy session (another parent was using it for her coffee) and it was the newest design and had a green lid. He now wants one! We are staying at POP and does anyone know if they carry mugs there with the green lids. It is a DIS green color.

Not sure if there are new ones for 2015, but I was there in Sept and got the green one for myself. The only one that was hard to find was purple but they did have all of the colors.

Free dining for checkins in the following ranges
August 15 - October 2
October 25 - 31
November 8 - 19
December 15 - 21

Excluded resorts include All Star Movies, Port Orleans French Quarter, Mermaid rooms at Art of Animation, and various Villas. Port Orleans Riverside is only included during the period of Aug 15-Oct 2 and excluded for the other dates.

I might cry tears of joy if they allow free dining as early as August 15th! It might make me switch to August instead of Labor Day weekend. We passed on last year's free dining bounceback, which started August 20th. Usually, they do not offer free dining to the general public earlier than what was released as a bounceback, so this will be interesting!

So, All Star Sports was not available for free dining on Labor Day weekend, and All Star Music was out of standard rooms. So we moved our vacation up by one week!

Now that we know when and where we are staying, I can be added to the list! Thanks!

Correct, they are requiring a purchase of either the park hopper or water park add-ons this time.

ALRIGHTY! Who was up super duper early trying to add on FD to their package?

I hope you all were able to get what you wanted or at least your second choice.
Thankfully, since we are using the Armed Forces Salute room only discount, we do not qualify for the FD offer. We are also using the AFS hoppers and just paid for our dining plan OOP. If they didn't require us to have a min. of 3 day PH with the package, we would have taken FD over the room discount since we are splitting the cost of the room as it is.

Just think, we are so close to our trips!

Yup, basically. They hook you with the FD but then you gotta upgrade your tickets. It's basically a discounted plan?
