Just secured a reservation at the Boardwalk for January 8th through the 15th!!! Haven't been to the world since February of 2014 so needless to say, I am very excited!

Just secured my first DVC points rental for January 3rd, 2016 before sailing on the Disney Dream January 4th to the Bahamas! Dgf thinks we are staying at POP again but I have a surprise up my sleeve with reservation for BCV!

We are joining in too! We are planning a stay from Dec. 26th - Jan. 2 - so we will be there for New Year's Eve! Woohoo! We are staying at the Beach Club. Can't wait!

Anxiously awaiting for January park hours to be posted so I can officially plan our days out Debating on whether or not we should go to a park on arrival day. We get in at 11 so we have the time but we will be getting up around 4am to travel and I don't want to overwhelm everyone. If we don't do a park though that means we only have one day at Epcot! Anyone else planning this early out or am I just crazy?

We're looking at 1/25 - 2/4, with a 3 night cruise on 1/29. My friend's birthday is 1/28, and he begged to have our next trip over his birthday. Luckily it's in January, not July like mine!

Just registered for the WDW 1/2 marathon, so it likes we're in too. I'm thinking 1/5-1/12 at the moment. So far, just the race days are booked at VWL; I need the 7 month window to open next so I can book the rest!

This is our first time getting the park hopper option so I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed with options! Plenty of time to plan at least...

Booked a room at Port Orleans:RS this week for Jan 3 - 9 and I'm so anxious for the full packages to be released. We'll probably be booking our flight next month when southwest opens that window.

Absolutely! Though, looking back at it now, it looks like it's only opening through Jan 4th. So, we may go ahead and get our arrival flights? Ah, always an adventure.

Joining in too... Just booked 8 nights at Shades of Green January 16-24, 2016... This will be my first "off property" stay in several years (unless Disney comes out with a better discount later)... Were are celebrating my oldest dd's graduation.

Oh... And I love doing Dismeets... So if anyone is interested in meeting, I am totally up for that.

In the pre-planning stages for our next trip.
Our last trip we went 2-10 Jan 2013. Loved the Jan weather and crowds!
For time there I love to arrive early (fly in) and go to Epcot for a walk though and then and early supper and back to the room.
Then I plan 2 MK, 2 Epcot, 1 HS and 1 AK (the HS and AK end up being 1/2 days with the other 1/2 at DD, pool and resort hopping). And leaving early (no parks) on the last day.
SO here is my question, what days would you chose wanting the lowest crowds? We have from 1 Jan - 20 Jan to work with. Closer to new years or closer to MLK?
