****The April 2015 thread**** come check in and chat!

Ha ha! I just found freshbaked yesterday! I'm a big see ya reel soon fan on YouTube but they mostly do DW, but it feeds my Disney itch :flower1: I'll watch anything disney parks or disney cruise related! We leave on the 18th also!! It's getting closer!!!
FUN!! I will have to look at that other one you mentioned. Well, glad to know I have an 18th buddy! We are coming from Seattle. Its been 22 years for me, 30 for my hubs, and first vacation, first airplane, first Disney for my 8 year old son. So EXCITED!!

Oh I love Seattle! It's one of our favorite places to visit! How exciting for your son! Our little ones are close in age, our DD just turned 7 in Feb. but I also have a 21 year old son and a 16 year old daughter, it's their first time at DL! We were all in DW this past September and I was having Disneys withdrawls! DL is closer for us, it's quicker to get to from Denver.

Hi I'm from seattle and I am going on the 18th also!

We are going to be in the parks on April 5th and 6th. The kids are excited to do the egg hunt, hopefully there are maps still available when we get there Easter Sunday! We cant decide which park to do on Easter Sunday, do anyone have any input? Is one more decorated than the other? Is one significantly less crowded than the other? Thank you!

I am making a guess here that California Adventure will be less crowded on Easter Sunday just because it's frequently less crowded on a regular day. But this is just a guess!

Who has two thumbs and just bought her tickets for her April 1st trip? THIS GAL!

We're going April 11-15. But only going to the park for 4 days. Would you go Saturday the 11th or Sunday the 12th? One of those days will be a non park day...I was leaning towards making Sunday the non-park day, but our flight doesn't get in until midnight on the 10th, so getting up early on the 11th will be kind of rough.

Opinions?

Since all AP's are blocked on Saturday except premium, I would go then instead of the 12th. But the exhaustion factor might be a bigger issue than crowds to you.

And just my two cents, California Adventure always feels less crowded on extra busy days because it absorbs crowds better over all. No tight corridors like at DL.

That's why I was leaning towards Saturday. Either way it'll be our first day so the most laid back day as far as trying to see stuff goes. I guess we don't have to decide until closer to the trip, but I'm already in planning mode!

I have my reservations all set. Anyone see anything wrong with any of these? (I'm just winging it)

Sunday 4/19: fantasmic meal at river belle
Tuesday 4/21: character breakfast at PCH
Friday 4/24: birthday lunch at blue bayou

I am going to California Adventure on April 17th, my daughter's drill team is performing. Any idea how crowded it will be on that day? Thanks!
