That's a cute way to get back to Florence! I would have liked to have sat in a carriage as well.

That was just around Pisa then we got back on the bus but it was very cute way to see it.

Day 7.1

The next morning we had to get up early for we had another tour booked. I believe we ate in the hotel as they did have breakfast. Here is the time we were leaving. Thankfully the tour pickup was close to the hotel.

it wasn’t raining then but it had rained overnight.

Then we were off to the pickup. Some sights along the way.

This tour we had to go to the train station and then someone there told us where to get the bus. It was right down the block and across the street. Easy to get to. We got there and loaded on the bus. The view while we waited.

Then we were soon off but this next part annoyed me. The guide was not on the bus and as we were sitting in traffic she showed up and so we had to make our back through the heavy traffic to get her.

I forget what this building was but the guide did tell us.

Then we saw this building

Then we were leaving the city.

Then we were driving along a beautiful tree lines street that had really nice and expensive houses.

I am going to stop here because where we ended up blew my mind at the view.

Day 7.2

So last we were seen we were going up a beautiful road and had no clue where we were going but was fine just going. We finally got to our destination and WOW what a surprise it was. The location was Piazzale Michelangelo and what a surprise it was.
Lets enjoy the view of looking down on Florence.

Then I took a panoramic pic.

Then when I turned around I saw a wall going up the hill behind us.

There were a couple of vendors there to sell food or souvenirs.I did get a water for the ride.

I walked a little and got this view.

This statue was in the middle of it all.

And then it was time to get back on the bus. I think I will stop here for now.

Day 7.3

After seeing the gorgeous view it was time to load up the bus again.

This was across the street. It looks pretty and maybe a place to sit and eat?

Then we were driving back to Florence. Saw this statue-art.

Then we were back in town and we were seeing the Duomo.

This is part of the door on the smaller section. Sorry I just don’t know what is what. LOl.

No one was allowed in as it was being worked on.

Granted we were here already but I took pics.

I cannot remember if this was a door or a wall. Either way it was pretty.

This I know is a door. LOL.

Moving along.

Then we were done here and it was time to move along.
