Disney Dream April 4, 2016 (4 day Bahama)

Hey there everyone! It is never to early to get started discussing our Disney Dream Cruise so I am starting our Thread. We hope you are excited about cruising, this will be our third cruise and first on the Dream!

I would like to offer this thread as a place to meet and also participate in the fish extender group if you are interested. If you are not familiar with what a fish extender group is on the Disney Cruise ships there are lots of post on the cruise forum explaining the process.

There will be myself (Melody) and my husband (Rich) our two son's Matthew (13) and Daniel (16) and would love to make it more special by participating in the Fish Extender group!

Hope to see many FE members wanting to join! As we get closer to the cruise we can decide as a group what size FE groups you would like to have, and will explain later.

We are SO excited to be going on our first Disney cruise. I have done some research on the fish extenders and think it will be so fun to participate. I am not 100% sure of the rules though, so if there is a handy link for more info, that would be appreciated.

Hi there! This will be our 9th DCL cruise and we've never cruised in the spring before. We usually go in Nov-Dec-Jan time frame, so we're looking forward to (hopefully) warmer water and good weather. We are two adults and are not going to join the FE, but enjoy seeing everyone's contributions. We hope to go parasailing and bike riding on CC, and perhaps do an excursion in Nassau. Hope to be meeting everyone online soon.

We are so excited to have just booked this cruise. We are doing a b2b with the cruise on April 8th too. This will be our 2nd cruise with Disney. It will be myself (Anna), my husband (Darren) and our daughter (Charlotte will be 8). Our last cruise was the same cruise in 2014 at the end of March and it was SO COLD! We are hoping that being in late April will mean we will (hopefully!) have some warmer weather (please, please, please...).

We have not been on the Dream. We have only been on the Magic, so we are all three really excited to see what is different between the two ships. ... oh, and we will certainly be doing the fish extenders. Hopefully I can remember where I stored from our cruise in 2014!

We are beyond excited. So hoping it won't be rainy and cold like this year...this weather you never know. I want to participate in the fish extenders! I love crafting and last year made my son's 2nd birthday theme as "Oh TWOdles" The tip I have so far for 1st time cruisers (what I was told) - Take a water bottle because cups are provided, but really small. We were on the 10th deck and moved to the 9th after looking at reviews. It's Disney, every floor should be good. We are thinking about taking a 2 day park trip before the cruise, but need to watch the cost, so please let me know if you see any great deals. I really want to go to universal studios too.

We are so excited to have booked our first cruise. Of corse it had to be DCL for the first one!! Our family tries to get to "The World" at least once a year and now with our DD's older I thought it's time to try cruising. This cruise will also be a celebration since it will be our 25th wedding anniversary!!! We would love to join the fish extenders to make this cruise even greater.
