Will DCL ever have dole whips?

I suspect if enough people wanted it they would.

It clearly is very popular with folks on this board.

I've never been to WDW, but I know at Disneyland, the popular item at the Dole booth is the fresh pineapple juice not the Dole Whip. I'm going in December, and I will keep an eye out for Dole Whip while I am there. Dozens of trips I recall seeing lots of mint juleps, and churros, but sure don't recall anyone with Dole Whip.

Of course, I know an awful lot of people who don't like pineapple in any form.

OH I hope! Great idea to add it to the comment card. I must do that in a couple of months! I love Dole Whip Floats best!!

You can find them at the booth right outside the Tiki Room. :thumbsup2

I beg to differ. I've never bought the fresh pineapple juice, but I have eaten my weight in Dole Whips at DL probably a few times over. :) Three weeks from tomorrow and I'll be eating one (or five) there again.

Dole Whips are great. I even got my mom eating one. She doesn't like pineapple because she gets sores on her tongue from it.

I bought us one to share, thinking she would only eat a bite or two. She ate about half. I guess she wasn't too worried about the sores.

When I took my niece to WDW and we had the dining plan I told her I would get her the Dole Whip Float. She started fussing that she wanted a Dole Whip. While once she saw that float she was hooked. I think she drank almost all of the juice and I got more of the Dole Whip.

I would love to be able to have them on the ships.

Given that there's almost no pineapple in the Dole Whip, her sensitivity (I have the same problem with unperfectly ripe pineapple and I think it's the acid) probably wasn't triggered.

My goodness they have reformulated so many times.

I've been to DL well over 20 times and always see tons of people with the Dole whips, I don't think I've ever seen folks with pineapple juice.

On a side note about them, at DL don't ever wait in the mile long line on the Adventure Land side, go in to the Enchanted Tiki Room entrance and get in that line, it's usually a max of about 5 people waiting. Also, the whips are dairy free for those with dairy allergies :)

Sadly this is enough for those of us with pineapple allergies. I developed the allergy later in life so I already discovered the gloriousness of pineapple dole whip. However I now love the orange vanilla swirl and so I support the call for Dole Whip on the ships!

Actually, the real product name is Dole Soft Serve, and Dole will sell it to anyone, all you need is a softserve machine.

Like I said, I will check it out in December when I am there.
