Bell Services - Transfer an Item to Another Resort's BS

Maybe someone on here will know the answer, otherwise I'll call or inquire at check in. The response I got from Disney was to call the resort. This is what I sent in:

We are getting married this October at the wedding pavilion/reception at the GF. My husband's tuxedo will need to be at CSR's Bell Services for noon the following day to be picked up by the rental company and they will only pick up from one resort (our parents are staying there and our fathers' tuxes will be there). Would Bell Services at the GF pick up my husband's tuxedo from our room either late on our wedding night (we are having a Wishes Dessert Party at the GF and Wishes isn't until 10:00 that night) or early the next morning and deliver it to CSR's Bell Services by noon for the pickup for us? Of course a nice tip would be included!

I know for a split stay they will transfer luggage, but I wasn't sure in this case since we are not changing resorts, just need an item transferred between two resorts' Bell Services.

If the answer is no, we have other options, just not as convenient!

They will do it, but there is no guarantee it will be there by Noon. The earliest you can expect it to arrive is probably 3PM.

As the pp said, it most likely won't be there by noon (unless other arrangements can be made with bell services to get it there by that time). I also wanted to mention that if you call the number associated with the resort, you won't be speaking to someone at the GF. All calls to the numbers associated with each resort are routed to a call center. They answer as if they are at that particular resort, but they are not. I just wanted to make you aware of this just in case you did call and were told it can be done, but find out later it wouldn't get there on time or that you should have made special arrangements since you wouldn't be talking to someone actually at the resort.

Thanks! Yes, I know about the number, which is why I'll probably wait until check-in instead of calling. We'll figure something out!

The problem. Noon delivery won't be guaranteed. You might check with the wedding people and see if they have a solution.

What are you doing the next day? Are you having breakfast together? Theme park? Changing the pickup location is another suggestion.

Paying the rental company for a second pickup location is probably the easiest answer.

Creative answer. Go to the taxi line. Ask the driver to take the tux to the CSR. Ask for a flat fare. Pay in advance Ask if they can drop off with bell services. If necessary have one of the guests staying at the wait for the taxi.

The rental company will not allow for a second pickup location, no option to pay for it either. Easier to have them picked up at CSR for our parents who are both checking out that day and taking ME back to the airport. I'll inquire at check-in about this and the noon deadline. If that doesn't work, I have a few other ideas. Thanks for all the suggestions!
