Can I assume that CSR offers airline (and baggage) check in on property, similar to POR? That is SUCH an amazing perk!!!

Yes they do but I think it has to be a participating airline, not sure about that. I used it with Southwest last Oct.

it seems like CSR and CBR will be a bit more crowded during free dining this year. If CSR had been excluded instead of Port Orleans how many of you would switch to POR or POFQ? I like all the Mods so it would be easy for me, I'd go with the free dining.

I take it that the free dining (US?) is not available for all of the Mods? POR is available for free dining in the UK along with all other Mods.

If CSR was excluded I think I would be stuck! POFQ looks nice but the masks unsettle me! :scared1: POR was ok, but didn't have any wow factor for us. Maybe CBR would have to be given a chance :)

Yes, POR and POFQ are excluded from the US offer.

I read the first page and didn't see the answer to this, forgive me if it's somewhere on the many pages in this thread but I was wondering what time the slide at the pool closed? Can you swim at your own risk after hours. What time do the lifeguards leave for the evening.

You used to be able to swim at your own risk in the feature pools, but not any longer. Now the feature pools are closed when the lifeguards go off duty. The time they go off duty fluctuates due to time of year and occupancy, but it seems to be between 10PM and 11PM.

The quiet pools are open 24 hours and swim at your own risk.

Thank-you for the answers about the drinks. We are planning a Dec. trip, so the hot chocolate will be appreciated.

Hoping to book here on Wed. for free dining. We're Pop defectors instead of POR. :goodvibes

Checked in yesterday and everything is just perfection so far at CSR. It's my 6th stay here and never gets old :)

Best way to get back to CSR after dinner at GF (and watching fireworks)? Sent from my iPad using DISBoards

If it's a later dinner like that just break down and get the cab. I fought my wife on it but by the time we got back to the resort I thought it was the best money I spent all trip... As I flopped on the bed I thought geez I could be standing at a bus stop at DTD right now. The only bad thing was I has to tell my DW that she was right haha

Going to CSR tomorrow!!
Packing and getting excited!
We have late (9:50pm) reservation for Ohana. Trying to decide If we should just drive to Poly or take bus system to MK first, monorail to poly and then the travel system back...seems like a lot of changing from bus to monorail. Esp it we have our car..

Also gonna be arriving early at CSR Anyone know how CSR has been with early room readiness lately? Last time it was ready at 11 am. So hopefully the same this time but if not, to the pool we go!

Deciding on possible upgrading to Business class when we get there, just so excited had to share my nervous excitement!!

Is there decent coffee to be found at CSR? Or still only the Nescafe stuff?

All the resorts have switched over to Joffreys and most feel it is a huge improvement.

I agree,he seems like a great guy. I hope you don't think I was implying that he is not. We've probably said enough on this topic.

Our "plan" was a return trip to POR this year but free dining put a kink in that, lol. I was disappointed at first but now I'm excited to try a new resort. CSR looks beautiful, especially the night time pictures I've seen, and I will be at Disney World on my birthday - doesn't get much better than that!

Anyone have some photos they can share?? Would love to see some recent pics~ Thanks:hug:
