We've been here since Sunday. We took advantage of EMH and the early hours (8:30-11:20) on Sunday to do TSMM, CA Screaming, RSR (got an easy FP right before Park opening), Goofy's Sky School, Soarin', Golden Zephyr, Swings. Almost did CA Screaming a second time, but it broke down as we waited for take off. We had to be escorted off and we were given FP, which we used for Soarin'.

Today, we got did DL from about 8:30-6. Today we did BTMRRx3 (on third time, we sat down, but then was asked to get back up and told to go back in line. The ride was down for about 10 mins! DD and I seem to have this bad luck (we were the two on CA Screaming.) Spacex2, Star Tours, Autopia, Princess Meet and Greet, Jedi Training, Thor and Captain America M&G, Mickey and the Magical Map, and Soundsational Parade.

We were able to ride the coasters multiple time since DD2 will not ride. Used rider switch passes for BTMRR and Space.

Staying at DLH. It was plenty busy today. May have been due to Cesar Chavez say plus spring break crowds. We'll see if it's any better tomorrow. (not holding my breath.)

Anyhow, if you have any questions, ask away! I'll do my best to answer what I can.

are you still able to acquire a fast pass for rsr and then get another one for a different ride like tot?

We were walking by California screaming when u guys got stuck, how long were u there before they came and got u? I saw them open the fast pass right before road drop for rsr, we went and did toy story cuz we wanted night fast passes. We left yesterday, we planned on staying late but the crowds were so large that we decided to leave early and get home early. Enjoy the rest of ur trip. Wish I was still there

We were probably strapped in for about 10 mins before they came and rescued us. I'm just bummed since I haven't riden it since before the kids were born. We'll try again later or tomorrow since it's DD8's new favorite ride.

How long did you wait for Captain America and Thor?

We lined up at right after the 10:30 Jedi show. Waited maybe 5-10 mins. The line looked really long. However, once we got in it wasn't too bad since most people seemed to lured by the displays. We went directly to Thor and waited maybe 5 mins to see him. Then we waited a lot longer to see Captain America. We got out in about 50 mins. However, DH says it was the highlight of his day. DD8 had a big grin on her face after meeting Thor. Both my girls are fans. Highly recommend it!

We're here too! Yesterday (Mon) and today (tues). I'm so glad today is less busy. We got in line for Innovations about 15 min. before opening yesterday. We chose to go to Captain America first. Should have gone to Thor first. His line moves so slowly! But, really, really cool. We were 3rd or 4th to see Cap, and then had about 25-30 to wait for Thor. Cap's line was still pretty short when we were done with Thor and the park was pretty busy.

Are there photopass people at the meet and greets for Thor and Captain America?

There were for Thor when I went about a month ago. I'm sure they're still there, and I can't imagine they don't have them for Cap. America.

Agree that today was less busy. Thank goodness! Maybe it's because went yesterday to the Thor/Capt. America meet and greet, but it took us at least 20 mins to see Capt America, so not short by any means. But I do think Thor first is a good strategy.

Are there photopass people at the meet and greets for Thor and Captain America?

Yes, plus the character hosts who will take photos with your own camera for you if you want.

- Dreams

Dreams is spot on. I wasn't planning on being in the pics, but how can you refuse Thor when he's asking?! The character host took decent shots with my DSLR. I'm always a bit reluctant to hand it to a stranger, but they both did fine.

In concept, I like to do rope drop, but my family just can't get moving that early. So, we made it to DL this morning around 8:45. EMH was at 7, but the crowds weren't too bad. Dumbo was 20 mins and Teacups was 5 mins. Didn't do Peter Pan since the wait was supposedly 40 mins. We pulled Space FP before heading to HM.

I asked the wait for Frozen. It was FOUR hours! Sorry girls, but I'm not waiting that long.

This was my girls' first time on HM. They've both been on HMH and enjoy that version. My older one kept repeating that she was going to have nightmares. My younger one kept her head down for much of the ride (though I think she was still looking.) To counter HM,we rode Winnie the Pooh. Twice. Both HM and Winnie were walk-ons.

After that ,we did Autopia. My DH met us here. (It's very hard for him to get ready in the am, so I often take the girls in first.) Then we did Spacex2 (FP and rider switch ). Pulled Star Tours FP before heading to see Tangled.

Cute show. Made sure to sit to the right. Met Rapunzel and Flynn Rider after the show. No photo pass photographer available. Flynn was great he did several poses for our camera.

After lunch, we burned a lot of calories hopping back and forth. First, we rode ST. We got the wookie planet again for the second time. We pulled another FP. Then we made a mad dash to see Aladdin. We made it about 5 mins before show time. Still seats available. My younger one LOVED this show as this was her first time since she was a baby. After the show, we pulled ToT FP and rode Monsters Inc. Hopped back to ride ST (wookie planet for the third time in a row!) Hopped back to see the Pixar parade. Ate dinner, DD8 rode ToT (FP and rider switch), CA Screamin'(FP and rider switch.) DD5 rode Soarin twice and the carousel. We called it a day here. The girls and I have been in the parks nearly 12 hours!

The past two days have been full. This is the first trip with non-napping children. Makes for a much different touring plan.

I asked the wait for Frozen. It was FOUR hours! Sorry girls, but I'm not waiting that long.

A co-worker was at WDW last week and said the wait one day was SEVEN hours. SEVEN HOURS!! Incredible. He refused to stand in line that long with his daughters that long, but did wait the next day when the wait was down to three hours. Sorry, but there is no attraction I would wait even three hours for.

I'm at the parks this week. Frozen line was two hours this morning shortly after park opening (non-EMH/MM day). It seems busy but not crazy busy this week (Tue and Wed). BTMRR doesn't seem to have super long waits, so the initial buzz of the reopening may have already worn off.

I am going to be there on Sunday for 4 days. I am hoping to make rope drop and be a crazy person making my way to frozen... I am guessing I won't be the only one. I agree that I don't want to waste hours in line!!!

We were there last Friday, and this is exactly what we did. We waited about 20 minutes to meet A&E. It was terrific. We were through security and at the turnstiles at 8:15. They opened the turnstiles at 8:30. We were a few layers back at the rope, but not too bad. I was the designated "runner" to get us a spot in line.

I talked to a guy at RD who had been there on Thursday at 8:30 during the EMH. He said that by 8:30, the wait was already 4 hours. In line at Princess Fantasy Faire, I talked to a woman who waited 4 hours the day prior. Eek!

I was really glad we did the RD thing. We probably would have had a better spot if we'd be in line by 8:00, but then you're waiting a long time to not wait a long time. 8:15 seemed to do the trick, but I wouldn't have wanted to get there any later.
