TS vs QS credits

We got that PIN last year for the Play, Stay and Dine like a kid and will be staying 10 nights at POR with the dining plan that costs just under $20 pp per day. I have 6 TS meals booked with an another one in mind but my husband and kids are already complaining about to many TS meals and they prefer QS. Has anyone "bought" down with their credits? Like using a TS credit at a QS location since it is cheaper?

I am not worried about it not being a good value, since as a whole we will get our money's worth, I just want to keep everyone happy. My 14 yr old son said he didn't need to eat at all, just a soda every now and then, he is dreaming! I booked my daughter and me for a Cinderella breakfast to eat of 2 credits and we want to dine in the castle once again.

Yes, you can use TS credits at a QS restaurant once you've used all your QS credits.
