How do I change posting time?

I live in Florida, but my posting time shows Pacific Time. How do I change this?

First click 'User CP' on the menu bar. http://www.disboards.com/usercp.php This will bring you to your user profile.
One the left side click 'Edit Options', then scroll down until you find the 'Date & Time Options' to set your time zone. Then scroll a bit further and click 'Save Changes'.
