Hi everyone...

New here and loving the information. I am looking to purchase around 160 points at SSR. Just wondering if you think 59-65 range of pricing is to low to hope fo, or if that may get taken by ROFR. I appreciate any input.

I would contact the major brokers and ask them what prices are getting through and what are the prices based on size.

Low to mid 60's is about what I'm seeing stripped contracts go for, so you are not that far off.

Don't worry about ROFR.

Just look for the perfect contract in your price range. I think you are within range and it all depends on how many contracts that are for sale fit your criteria.

A SSR contract with current year points is worth at least $5-10 more than a contract with zero points and that will explain the difference between your range of prices.
