Definitely won't be ready for then. Saw last week that there is lots of work to be done all through the outside and could see some of the inside and not much progress there. The trains are just starting test runs and that's supposed to take several weeks and then effects timing needs to take place. Disney's 2014 statement is still the best guess.

They have also only just started the framework for Snow White's cottage which I understand is supposed to have a show scene in it. There is also a lot of trees and other landscaping to be done.
