Can anyone tell me if the snowflake glitter on Elsa cape rubs on the child's underarms?

We had to return our Disney store one, because it was to rough, and starch my DD underarms..

This one as A LOT less glitter, so maybe not so scratchy? :

I saw the photos on Josh's EasyWDW last night and love the Frozen merch! I especially adore the Anna dress and will covertly try to talk DD into it instead of the Ariel gown for her BBB appointment.

Frozen aside, that Duffy pillow pet WILL be coming home with us! DD is such a huge Duffy lover and since I can't HIDE it to put under the tree for Christmas morning, I'm going to tell her that it's Mommy's Christmas gift to her this year.
