Rollaway rental

Has anyone ever rented a rollaway from off site and had it delivered to their resort? We are staying with points at Boardwalk two bedroom but would like an extra bed for teen. We would not be going over the maximum occupancy.

Since BWV does not provide or allow rollaways I assume they would not allow you to rent one and bring it in. Most people bring an air mattress and provide their own linens.

Hope this helps!

...and since they are starting to restrict delivery of strollers & scooters from outside companies I would be curious to know if you could even get a rollaway delivered to bell services?

Not a rollaway, but I rented a toddler bed once and didn't have any problems. I second the air mattress idea, though. And I'm sure you could even get them to bring you an extra set of linens if you didn't want to bring them. They've never been stingy with them.

Can you get a rollaway in a deluxe resort, like the beach club, if you don't get a room with a daybed? Just curious, we are a family of 4, kids prefer not to sleep together.

Some resorts have roll aways, but not all. And those that do have them hand them out first come, first served. No way to know ahead of time if you will be able to have one or not. Also they do charge $15 a night for them.

If you need an extra sleeping space, the only way to ensure that is to bring along an air mattress.

Regular resorts have some rollaways but they are not allowed in/provided at all at DVC resorts (rooms). If you want more beds then provided you are expected to bring your own including the linens.

Right, no rollaways in any DVC property.

I will say that I have never had an issue requesting linens for an air mattress (although one time I was charged, similar to ordering an extra towel package).

DVC resorts do not provide extra bed linens or towels for an extra sleeping space (that does not exceed room occupancy). The guest is expected to bring their own.
