Restaurants being left off of the Quick Service 2014

We are going to WDW 1/26/14-2/4/14, and are looking at doing the quick service dining plan. We did it this past April when we went, our first time using the dining plan. When we looked at the restaurants participating in the 2014 dining plan, we noticed a few of our favorites are no longer listed! Anyone else notice that? Am I just missing something? We are so bummed!

This happens every year. The non-Disney run restaurants don't sign their contracts until later in the year. I wouldn't worry about it.

Some restaurants have not yet signed their contracts for 2014. It may be a matter of when their renewal is due. Your question is asked by many others who notice this every Fall. You can presume that the restaurants participating in the past will again participate in 2014. I think the number of places that haven't renewed in the past could be counted on one hand. Look for the list of participating restaurants to get much longer as we reach the end of this year.

I was just about to ask the same question about table service restaurants on the DDP. The current list is very short compared to last year's. This is good news. I was starting to freak out.

I don't know of any QS that have ever not renewed (barring any ones that closed). The only TS I know of was Fulton's after year 1 of the DDP, and for 2012, they rejoined with many other DtD friends .
