What happens if I don't use any points for 2-3 consecutive years? Do they accumulate and roll over into the next year or do I lose them if they are unused?

You may only bank points once into the next UY. If they are not used that in the year you bank them into then the expire.

If you fail to bank points from the current year when you are eight months into your use year, you have to use them that year or you lose them. If you bank them, you must use them before the end of that next year. You can only bank points once. So at most (except for one certain circumstance), you can use borrowed points from the next year, current year points or points that you have banked from the previous year.

If you fail to bank for 2-3 year, you lose them.

And once you bank or borrow points, you cannot unbank or unborrow them.
