Quick solo trip-checked in around 10 on Wednesday morning.
Got my room # text around 2PM-room 2706. I found this to be an ideal location for my purposes-really close to parking (not a bus guy, especially on a short commando trip) and just steps from the Mighty Ducks Pool. I never heard a sound from the pool despite the close proximity-maybe the giant hockey stick in front of my door blocked out the noise.
The room itself was in great shape. Yes, there was a refrigerator. The only comment I would make about the room is that the tub faucet had a tiny drip that i couldn't stop by pushing on the water control. No big deal.
I slept really well. I was never bothered by mousekeeping or any other noises inside the room, and there were people on either side of me as well as above.
I squeezed quite a lot into 48 hours (heavy MK and Epcot touring, Illuminations/MSEP/Wishes, Searaycer rental from Poly, meals at Kona and The Wave, a couple of quick swims per day).
My next solo trip I will request the very same location.
I have stayed at Music and Pop before but this trip was the happiest I have been at a Value.

Thanks for posting this! We are staying there next week for the first time, and I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it so much! Sounds like you had an awesome trip! :)

OP, I was a few doors down from you when I stayed there last Fall. It was ideal. Those MD bldgs were not premium cost, and the parking lot there, right next to ASMu, was perfect for fast in and out. I would definitely ask for Mighty Ducks again, either bldg. The ASMu food court and buses seemed actually closer to us than our own facilities, so we sometimes used ASMu's buses and food court instead.

We were there last weekend. I had requested to be close to transportation. When the CM realized that we were unhappy with the location she suggested going to Music for the buses. It was a short walk.
