So he started wandering around HQ, remembering his earlier missions he had spent there. He hadn't been called in for a mission for a long time. He hoped Rarity was on this mission. They had previously been great friends, and haven't seen each other since their last mission.

Penney: Penney looked through the parts she had from other, older gadgets. She started playing with them and ended up inventing a new kind of taser. It not only tasered enemies, it also could also unlock locks when shot at a lock, it could also identify the person it was aimed at, and their information.

OOC: I don't think they've done anything about Rarity's memory. Just a suggestion, but what if they had to get the original device that erased her memory in the first place and change it to undo what it did.
