Can anyone tell me how long the day beds are in a standard room?

We're considering a standard C/L room with me, DH, DS4, DS9 and my mother, but no one wants to sleep with the kids, so my mother would take the day bed. She doesn't move once she's asleep, but I'm wondering if the day bed is long enough. She's about 5'5".

And we really want to stay in a deluxe resort but they don't all have the day beds.

Well, I'm a 5'11" 30-something and I took a nap on the day bed this week. It's not as comfortable as the regular beds, but it was plenty long for me.

I have been told all have been replaced.

When we checked in on 8/3, we got a refrigerator and the CM checking us in said they were just about done with BWI. Since then, I've seen a few posts that people, like Kerry, have been told BWI is complete.

WOOHOO!! I check into our 1 bedroom today!!

Stupid favor to ask. Could you look at the label on the bed pillows and see if it says Sobella?? I always love BWV pillows, and I found these online to order, but I only checked 1 of our pillows, and I am not sure if it was the one I was sleeping on, so I want to see if they all say that. :rotfl2: told you it was a stupid favor!

They are!!!
We are in the last room out by the pool. Our hallway has a door that goes out to the walkway to DHS. First floor..we look at the pool bar.

Thank you, I am going to order them today!!
Sounds like a nice area! We were on the fifth floor, but a little to close to the lobby, lot's of early morning truck noises.

In just a few short hours we'll be arriving at BWI!!! So excited! I did get a letter that said we may not have a fridge but I'm not too worried about it. We don't get groceries so it's not as crucial for us.

We are 21 days out until Disney & the Boardwalk!:cool1: I have this irresistible urge to start packing already, :hyper:.

Enjoy!! You should have a replaced fridge already. Let us know how the BW is these days!!

Hello there! I'm new to the BWI thread, and I've already gotten a lot of information from you all!

My question is, what do you think of BWI as a honeymoon resort? We are torn between BC and BWI. We have stayed at BC before and loved it, but we are not thrilled about not being guaranteed a balcony. We spent some time at the Boardwalk this past trip and really fell in love with it. Being close to Epcot is important to that, and we know we would get that at either resort.

Any pros or cons to BWI as a honeymoon resort would be very much appreciated! :goodvibes

Hello everyone, I am thinking about changing an upcoming trip to
a split stay with part of it being at the BWI. I understand (I think) that there is no proper counter service place at the BWI. Curious if there is a place within the hotel to refill Disney mugs? i know it's not a big deal, but was wondering what people do there with the mugs. Thank you so much!

Don't resist! We're two days behind you and I've already started putting side things I don't need before then.
