Is CRT all you can eat

There will be 5 adults going to breakfast here. 3 of the males are big eaters. I know my husband will not like paying this price over going to a buffet where he can eat all he wants.

Can you order more than one entree for breakfast? If so, can you order them at the same time, or do you have to finish one before you order another. I have an 8:05 ADR here and we want to be done by 9 to not miss rope drop. We are all adults and quick eaters, so I'm not worried about the time, as long as we can order everything at once.

IIRC, it is one entree per person plus the breads and Danish they bring out beforehand. Check out the menus on allears.net for more info. If they are big eaters, you may want to do one of the buffet breakfasts.

Oh, I thought that I read that you can order more than one entree for breakfast and that it is all you can eat. Someone corrected me if I am wrong.

It is advertised as all you care to eat, but as I recall, I was hoping someone would offer me some more of the sausage and it didn't happen. With all the action of the characters coming around, we really didn't see our waitress after she dropped our plates off. I imagine I could have flagged her or someone else down and asked for another couple links, but I didn't bother.

Of course others' experiences may be different, but I don't think if you have some big eaters on your hands they will be all that happy with it. If there are no little girls who are dying to meet the princesses, I would definitely bag this breakfast in favor of eating with Pooh and the gang over at Crystal Palace. They have 8:05am reservations and we always make rope drop if we ask for our check early on. Now THERE you can get your fill!

Last time we were there, my daughter was offered more. She doesn't like scrambled eggs so when our server saw that, she offered more french toast sticks.

Our first breakfast visit, I do remember my husband being offered more but that was before the dishes they offer now.

I have heard though the grapevine that yes, you can ask for more and it can even be a different dish than you originally ordered...I'm just not sure how often this gets tested though....

Last August, I ordered the French toast but asked to try the lobster crepes. Our server was kind enough to get it but it seemed like an imposition. No one else in our party asked for more and I only asked because I'd never had them and they sounded really good ( they were!). That's why I thought perhaps it was only one entree per person.

My son gobbled up all the cinamon rolls 5 minutes in and we asked for more - she brought him a heaping plate full of them - there must have been at least a dozen on there.
A lot of people seem to be very hesitant about this issue - just remember how much you are paying for this meal and be polite (but firm) and you will not have to leave hungry.

Great advice. Thank you. We are planning to eat here our next trip and I think I would like to order 3 meals between my husband and I. So we could share.

I found that my particular waiter was very reluctant to get us seconds and did not encourage it. We just asked for it politely and he complied. That seems to be a frequent occurence. The turnover is also incredibly fast. We were the last family to leave and i think it was our shortest TS meal.

With all the extras, it was worth it. If we hadn't asked for more, I would have felt very shortchanged. In particular, the kids meal was the smallest $30 plate of food I have ever seen. Plus they don't give you options for kids. According to our waiter they ALL get a small scoop of scrambled eggs, 2 tiny strips of bacon and I think 2 small strips of french toast. I actually cracked up laghing when i saw the plate and took a pic (posted in my review). My daughter won't touch eggs and would have walked out starving. I ordered stuffed french toast (yummy) and ended up giving her most of it and ordered the lobster crepes for myself.

Thank you all for replying. I feel better about eating here now if we can ask for seconds and/or order 2 entrees to start. It doesn't matter to me what my waiter's attitude is like. We like to get our monies worth. Well, not that you could even get your monies worth in just food; but between the princesses and eating in the castle, and ordering seconds, I think we're good.

I hope our waiter is quick, cuz we have to be out by 8:55. But like I said, we are quick eaters.

Based on our experience you should be fine. We dithered and were still out in record time. We were the very last family to leave.

WOW - this is one of the first accounts I have heard of extra food in meals other than breakfast.

One tip to give your server a clue is to place your first order as "I'll *start with* ABCD, and then we'll see what I feel like for seconds."

That way they know right off you'll probably be asking for more.

In our experience, they do not make that clear anywhere....except maybe in some fine print. I only knew from the Dis. My particular waiter tried to avoid it altogether. I started off saying I was dithering between two dishes (I felt a little uncomfortable asking for both). He said nothing. Finally I reminded myself we were paying a fortune and were entitled to get what we were paying for. And just ordered both. He said, "I'll see what I can do". What?!

Overall our waiter showed clear reluctance everytime we ordered extra dishes. thinking back, I should have let a manager know so other people could have gotten a better experience. For us, it wasn't a huge deal as he eventually brought whatever we asked for.

A far cry from our cruises where the waiters are warm and encourage you to order extra dishes. In 14 TS meals that trip, that waiter at CRT was far and away the worst. Really unacceptable when BREAKFAST is FIFTY dollars!

I am so glad OP asked this as I had no idea this was the case! DH has been grumbling about how much this breakfast has cost since I booked it and we were actually going to cancel it as he said he would rather do a buffet breakfast so he could 'get his fill' for a cheaper price. I cannot wait for him to come home from work now so I can show him this!! I must say though, I am pretty disgusted with people saying how reluctant the waiters are and how much of an inconvenience they made out being asked to get more to be, that is their job and people are paying a LOT of money for the meal. If we come across anything like this I will be asking the waiter if I can speak to management and make sure they know it is about their poor service. Do they perhaps act this way because their tip is automatic so they feel they do not need to work for it?

This was also AFTER he offered the free infant meal for my 1.5 year old. All in all the dining plan was for my husband and I, but we had 3 entrees and 1 kids meal.
