Green Grocer/Organic Grocery/Regular Grocery Store near Pan Pacific Vancouver

Anyone aware of a grocer near the Pan Pacific Vancouver? I'm aware of the market at Granville, but am hoping there is something much closer.

There is an IGA (safeway type grocer) at Burrard and Smythe (about 5/6 blocks). Also, Costco has an outlet downtown off Dunsmuir street and across from Rogers arena a little further away but still walkable where you could pick up cheap produce and snacks (assuming you have a Costco card).
