Thinking of changing my reservations . . .

We are celebrating our honeymoon in early September, and I've booked table service dinners each night. Right now, I have:

Le Cellier
Via Napoli
Coral Reef
Teppen Edo
Kona Cafe
San Angel

I'm thinking of dropping my San Angel reservation and adding a different restaurant - I've heard mixed reviews on the restaurant, and my fiance said the last time he was there, it wasn't any better than Mexican food we can get around here.

What would you suggest we try in its place? Our other two choices, Ohana and Be Our Guest, are both booked. I can't get the disney site to load tonight, so I don't really know what's available. What would you suggest as a must-visit?

Some of our favorites are:

Narcoossee's- At the GF. Perfect view of Wishes if you time your reservation right. Great food-We've had steaks and seafood.
Raglan Road- One of the best restaurants in all of Disney in our opinion! Great food and entertainment during the evening.
Sanaa- AKL- Wonderful food and atmosphere. You can watch the animals from the restaurant. Also, if you are there at night, you can go outside and view the animals using night goggles. There is also someone outside that can tell you all about the animals. You can also sit in rockers around the fire pit.

-Flying Fish at the Boardwalk - good food and whimsical decor.
-Narcoossee's (GF) - very good food and service. Great view of Wishes and the Electrical Water Pageant. The Almond Crusted Cheesecake is my favorite dessert in DW.
-Artist Point (WL) - quieter atmosphere. The buffalo and salmon are very good.
-Les Chefs - if you go for lunch or an early dinner (M-Sat), you can see Remy
-Sci Fi Dine In (DHS) - typical burgers and sandwiches, but the bad sci fi trailers and cartoons are fun to watch.
-Raglan Road (DTD) - extensive menu and lively entertainment.

Keep checking online daily for a res at 'Ohana and Be Our Guest because people will cancel when their plans change since both have a credit card guarantee. If you can't get Be Our Guest, you can go for lunch because it's counter service and doesn't take reservations.

Le Cellier - great choice - but it is very close/ tight table wise. Super pricey for what you get.
Via Napoli - We prefer, Tutto DH loves the Lasagna here.
Coral Reef - this is a must for DH and I every trip.
Teppen Edo - It's really fun, and something we enjoy. We always ask for a women chef, much different experience than with the men chefs.
Kona Café - For us I would not do dinner here, We don't care for the choice's and service is spotty, Breakfast is good, Dinner is a bit shaky --Narcoossee's would be a great choice since you were not eating in the parks that evening
San Angel - We haven't eaten here in a while, my DH felt the same way, but we have really good Mexican offerings here. So not really a cut just a looking for something different. Les Chefs in epcot or Flying Fish on the board walk would be great choice's.

Be thankful BOG is booked, I've heard mostly bad things about the food there including from my little brother who said it was downright awful. But to help you I would do one of these 3 for a nice experience and Le Cellier was a great pick.

Two of our favorites are Boma at AKL and Cape May at the BC. For signatures, we love Artist Point and Yachtsman Steakhouse. With that said, if you really want Ohana or BOG, keep checking online every day multiple times a day as people do cancel and you never know when something might become available .

We ate there for lunch and it was pretty good and neat to see the castle but everyone we talked to and heard from said the dinner was nasty and had tons of salt on everything.

Our dinner in May was delicious and perfectly cooked. Not salty at all and we don't use salt at home so I notice when there is a lot. We had great food and service and are very much looking forward to our dinner there again in Nov.

If you are looking for something different, and a non-Signature restaurant, Sanaa would be an excellent choice. Great food, great atmosphere, reasonable prices (for Disney).

My wife and I went for our Honeymoon two years ago, my favorite was Jiko at AKL, hers was Yachtsman Steakhouse at BC. We're heading back in 17 days for our anniversary and we have ADR's made for both. You can't go wrong with either of those.

I've also had a negative experience in the past at San Angel Inn. We did however have a great meal right across the road at Hacienda.

California Grill at the CR is great and is just finishing a refurbishment. If you book at the right time, you can watch Wishes from the balcony. A very honeymoon-ey thing to do, I think.

I liked Yacthsman and Cali Grill is good too, but they haven't finished the refurb nor have they re-opened the ADRs.

For me, I would want to eat in the castle on my honeymoon. We saw someone get engaged there on our last trip and it was so romantic and special and I was extremely jealous. So jealous in fact that I turned to DH and told him he did it wrong.

I would add Sanaa. You could also keep trying for 'Ohana to see if an opening comes available.

Lots of the suggestions you have gotten are for the more expensive Signature Restaurants. I agree they are great, but I don't know if you want that.
I would add another vote for Raglan Road. It is a beautiful restaurant that was built in Ireland, disassembled and shipped to Orlando, and reassembled in DTD.
The menu is one of the broadest at WDW and the food is delicious. We have had warm friendly service and in the evening the house band, Creel, plays. They are great as are the Irish Step dancers who perform. It can get loud however.

Raglan road is also working on building a new larger stage! This will be great for the bands. They have three now.

You are eating an awful lot at Epcot and I imagine you will want to spend evenings in some other parks. I HIGHLY recommend the Hollywood Brown Derby. Sooooo delicious. It's expensive, but hey it's your honeymoon! It only happens once
