Kidani Pool Questions

We are staying at Jambo House (third time -- my favorite resort!), but would like to check out the Kidani pool for the first time. I did a search of the threads, but still have a few questions.

-are there loungers or chairs near the splash area where I could watch my daughters? I have read it's difficult to keeps an eye on kids if one kid is in the pool area and the other in the splash area, but I will try and make my girls stay together!
-how often does the shuttle run between JH and kidani? Is it on a set schedule?
-if we chose to drive from JH to kidani pool, is there parking close by
-is there an actual walking path from one resort to the other, or just a road?

TIA

We stayed at Jambo House last September and walked over to Kidani to try the pool. There is an actual walking path from one to the other. It takes about 10 minutes to walk it. I don't remember about the lounge chairs, sorry. My granddaughter had fun in the splash area and at the Kidani pool. It has two slides. One is smaller than the one at Jambo, and the other is bigger. Have fun!! We'll be back there in November and I can't wait.:)

You won't have a good view (or any view) of the splash area from a pool chair but I think you could bring a chair (not lounger) over to the splash area.

I recall the shuttle going back and forth consistently but not on a schedule. It would leave as soon as we got on and we never waited more than a few minutes.

There is parking close to the pool. I'd even say very close depending on where you get a spot.

There is a paved sidewalk between the Jambo and Kidani.

Enjoy!

One person would not be able to watch a kid at the pool and one at the splash area at the same time. They are in the same area, but are separated by some plants and lounging areas. The splash area has a few separate spaces and play areas, so you might need to move around as your kids do in order to keep your eyes on them.

It is a great pool area - it is one of our favorites.

The pool is considerably smaller but very nice. It also has the better slide at kidani and no it definitely is hard to keep n eye on both. Also, you can hop on any bus(except DTD) from kidani because it has to then go to jambo automatically. We visited kidani 3 times during our stay, and when we were ready to head back to jambo we literally hopped on a bus twice, and waited like minutes the next time. Good luck . Its a beautiful resort.

Thanks for that tip!! So any bus except DTD stops first at jambo. What about DTD bus from Jambo to kidani?

Yes all the buses except for the DTD bus, stop at kidani then go to jambo. So yes when we were going to visit the pool at kidani , you can either walk or take shuttle or Take the DTD bus this time.
