My family of 3 will have the dining plan for our upcoming trip, however my 11 year old is not much of an eater. If we were to go to Le Cellier (my husband and I really want to go), would we be allowed to simply pay out of pocket for a salad for her, as she would not be interested in anything on the adult or childrens menu and I hate to use 2 credits for a meal that she will not eat?

Yes, you can pay OOP for what she wants instead of using 2 credits. Just let your server know which meals will be paid for with the DDP and which one will be OOP :).

We have done this several times. And I think it's a great idea to do it at a 2 TS. As PP said, just tell you server when you order.

we've also done this a couple of times.
Last time we went our son was 11 and a lot of the time he wasn't hungry.
we just told the server as we ordered, then reminded them when it came to paying. :thumbsup2
