Hello everybody!

I'm in the process of finalizing all of my ADRs for my trip from Sept 29- Oct 13th and I've run into a problem. I'm on the deluxe dining plan and I've booked all of the places that I know and like. I need 2-3 more ideas for dinner and a bunch for lunch. Below is what I have booked so far.

We're staying at the Fort Wilderness Cabins and its just my GF and I.

9/29 Nothing. We 'will be arriving around noon so I figure we can hit either Whispering Canyon or Kona Cafe.

9/30 12:15 Tony's Town Square
8:30 Cinderella's Royal Table

10/1 Nothing.

10/2 12:35 Tusker House
7:30 Chef Mickey's

10/3 1:35 Biergarten
7:30 Coral Reef

10/4 Nothing

10/5 12:30 50's Prime Time Cafe
8:30 Fulton's Crab House

10/6 8:05 Ohana

10/7 1:20 San Angel Inn
7:40 Le Cellier

10/8 6:15 Crystal Palace

10/9 4:45 Yak & Yeti

10/10 7:45 Via Napoli

10/11 Nothing

10/12 6:30 Mickey's Back Yard BBQ

I highly recommend the Hoop Dee Doo Revue (2TS). The show is fun, the food is delicious, and it would be pretty convenient since you are staying at FW.

Some other personal favorites include Boma, Sanaa, Rose & Crown, Raglan Road, Akershus, the Wave, and La Hacienda.

I just went to online reservations and plugged in October 1 for dinner for 2 people and there are quite a few reservations available.....some that I personally would choose:

Artist Point
Boma (a family favorite here)
Chefs de France
Citricos
Il Mulino (at the Swan Hotel, but very nice)
Kouzzina
Jiko (but I believe it's 2TS credits)
Restaurant Marrakesh (another family fav, as is the CS in Morroco)
Rose & Crown (try to time it for a little before Illuminations and ask for an outside table, great view!)
Sci Fi
Shula Steak House (Dolphin resort)
Teppan Edo
Toyko Dining (another to try to time for Illuminations, even if you don't get a window table it's still very cool)
The Wave

There were a few others, but these are the ones we like so I feel good recommending them to someone else.

Do this for the other dates you need reservations and see what's available.

We ate at several of the ones you have already. We also like Rose & Crown, Sci-Fi Dine In, Ohana, Yachtsman, and the Plaza (not the best value if you are one who uses dining plan to save money....we just like to have it prepaid and we like to eat lol). 1900 Park Fare had a great breakfast if you would want to try a breakfast. There was a wide variety for everyone and the food was delicious!

I am a Deluxe plan junkie lol. We sometimes do 2 sigs in one day with an early lunch at the Hollywood Brown Derby and then a late dinner at Flying Fish to make up for those days we only use two credits. I also love love love love Artist Point. Liberty Tree Tavern is great for lunch as is Rose and Crown. Also, Raglan Road at DTD is a must do every trip be it a lunch or a dinner.

Have a Great trip!!

Looks like you have 22 credits to fill (including the arrival day). Not sure what you're doing departure day, but..

I'd add at least 2-3 more signatures in there. A couple (ok, ALL) of my favorites include: Artist Point, Yachtsman, Jiko, and Citrico's. Flying Fish is also quite good. California Grill may also be an option, though ADRs are not yet open for that timeframe (I'm personally waiting on them too, since I want one for 10/18 :p). These would all be dinners though, so there's limited room in your current schedule. Though you could also move some of the same lunch/dinner menu meals earlier to free up other slots (e.g. Via Napoli, lunch is the same as dinner, so you could do VN for an 11:30 lunch followed by Yachtsman at ~7:30 for dinner, or somesuch)

Other options that I personally enjoy:
Resorts (Non-Sig)
Kona Cafe (Poly) - Breakfast and/or lunch and/or dinner
Sanaa (AKV) - Lunch (My favorite of all the restaurants, incl the above sigs!)
Boma (AKL) - Breakfast and/or dinner

MK
Liberty Tree Tavern (Lunch) and/or The Plaza - These work best near the end of a trip, since they are a bit lighter than other meals... unless you're me and like the Meatloaf at The Plaza...or the burger at LTT.

AK
You pretty much got this covered.

DHS
Mama Melrose - It's simple, decent Italian. Out of the 4 DHS 1 credit locations, it's my favorite.

Brown Derby may be an option along with the other signatures, but I've never been there so I can't vouch for it.

EP
Surprisingly, I'm coming up blank... you already picked my favorite there (San Angel Inn) as well as my other favorite (Via Napoli) and the third primary meal that I enjoyed last year (Coral Reef)... and my pickiness precludes a lot of other places :p

May want to look into Monseuir Paul. It's the former Bistro de Paris and is a Signature on the plans now. May be a decent option.

The question I would ask, is will you have a car? Disney transportation to all those ADR's from a fort wilderness cabin , especially with the cc guarantee, will eat up a lot of your vacation time, you will get tired of it. If no car, stick with hoop de doo, restaurants at the WL and Contemporary , etc to fill up those open spots.

I didnt plan on renting a car. I didnt think about the travel time

Some of our favorites over the past 10 years are
Hoop de du ( especially since u r right there)
Ragland Road
Boma for dinner
Yachstmen
Artist Point
Narcosses book during Wishes
Jiko
Beaches and Cream
LeCellier
Tusker House breakfast
Cape May Cafe both breakfast and dinner

trying Be Our Guest and Liberty Tree for lunch for the first time this year.

Enjoy your trip!!

When we do deluxe, we try to book adrs based on where we will be that day to limit travel time. We also do an early lunch or early breakfast and then a signature for dinner. Even though we can eat, an app dessert and entree is alot three times a day. Plus you get two snack credits a day each. So, if you're at EPCOT for the day, you could do San Angel Inn for lunch and then take the boat over to the Yachtsman for dinner. Our favorite day is a an early lunch at MK at Liberty Tree Tavern and a dinner by boat at Artist Point. All the park except for AK have a signature very close by. But AK closes so early we generally do breakfast at Tusker House, snacks, and then bus over to Jiko once the park closes.

Most people plan them based on what park they'll be in for the day...definitely a big time drag to be at MK and have dinner reservations at DHS. Some of the hotels are near enough that a bus ride isn't too much time. Or, plan your lunch at one park, and dinner at another and sometime in between you hop over and spend the rest of the day at the second park.

And frankly, if you have the deluxe dining you probably are planning on spending a bit more time than the average family on eating.....using your deluxe for a lot of CS would definitely be a waste of money...and TS just take more time, fact of life.

10/10 7:45 Via Napoli

10/11 Nothing

10/12 6:30 Mickey's Back Yard BBQ

How about:

Tutto Gusto(lunch) or Tutto Italia(dinner) both are great
Kona cafe bfast
Trail ends dinner
Wolfgang Puck Express gets raves reviews
Plaza on Main st is great too for lunch

Hollywood Brown Derby always gets at least one visit from us. It may be luck of the draw, but everything I've ordered has been perfectly prepared. Medium-rare steak comes out medium-rare instead of medium. Lunch and the Cobb salad is the new tradition prior to an evening flight home on our last day.

Yachtsman Steakhouse has earned another visit from us. Our steaks were both prepared well on our last visit, and the sides were different and interesting.

Tutto Italia is a dinner tradition for us on the day we arrive. We enjoy the walk after getting off the monorail on the way, and Illuminations after dinner. The large app for two is almost a meal by itself. My wife loves the salmon, and I can always find a pasta selection that works for me...and appreciate the coma inducing qualities of the carbs when we are back in our room.

Since you're staying at FW, an evening boat ride to a signature would be a good choice - Artist Point, Narcoosie (sp?), Citrico.

You seem to already have most of my favourites listed; the only others that I've tried and liked enough to suggest would be Chefs de France, Sanaa, and Jiko.
