Oh the places We Go, The People We see

I had no idea BBB was that big. I guess I imagined it to be like 5 or 6 chairs in there. It looks like everyone was having a good time.

I remember that picture of Claire with Tinkerbell. I love that one.

I don't know if you remember but I told you before I don't know how you can plan a vacation with such short notice (not the trip for this tr but others you've done). Well now I know. My mom called me on Thursday to tell me she was giving me a surprise trip for my birthday this month for just River and I. We leave on the 27th I was so surprised I thought it might actually be a couple years before we got back!

Thats awesome. Glad you got it all booked plus a few extras. I have gotten things last minute too and it surprises me at times.

Getting close to the reveal. It’s so exhausting. It must be, because I think every year I have a yawning picture of Claire too.







A little bit of primping before the big moment.





Abby was hilarious. Gail would pull the shield away and she would push it back to her face.



At one point in time she pushed a little too hard and it went flying and crashed to the floor and broke. The Fairy Godmothers in training said not to worry as they had this happen about once a day.

We got a good laugh at how she would steam this baby up.



And now for the big reveal number 1.



I always crack up at these too because the kids always have a weird look on their faces. I think it’s because they look so different. It takes them a minute to see it and then the smiles come out.











See Aunt Mary clapping in the background. That’s something our family does about all sorts of things. Skip used to laugh about how we clapped for every little thing and now if we don’t clap he wonders what is wrong.

Now Abby is close to being done. I can’t believe we made it this far. She got a sprinkling of pixie dust.

Alexis had to be sure they were doing everything right for Claire.

And when she turned around, it kind of took her a minute to see herself.



She did look VERY different and at first I don’t think she really knew it was her.

I’m not so sure about this.



Hmmmm, maybe it’s not so bad.

Ok! So, the final verdict? …… She DID like it.













Now when you get a bag of goodies at the end ……. that makes it all worth it.



And a backpack too!



It can’t get any better.



Claire was the final one to be transformed into a beauty.

I love that they are loving their makeovers! The three of them look so cute! I know how much you love the "bubble hair" lol. I do like the red though. Abby is a trip walking around with that bag! I love that the give a gift that can actually be somewhat useful!

Claire and I on the other hand were waiting on a PARTY!

I didn’t even think about it earlier, but I should’ve changed lenses on my camera. I had a shorter one on and the rest were back in the room. Oh well, I did the best I could.

The party has started!!!!

I noticed that the big screen must be on a delay because they it is slightly off one what the dancers on stage were doing.

so, I'm probably gonna "quote reply" a lot until I catch up, SORRY!

I'm glad you had a great Sail Away party time! Looks like it was a fun party.

Kadence liked seeing the pools and slides. She thinks Claire is quite brave to go on the Aqua Duck.

How nice your sister got you a gift for all that you did to get the trip together. You did good!

Claire and I went off on our own and roamed around freely. I think we checked out the stores a bit and then we HAD to get a picture of her in the Golden Mickey dress with the Golden Mickey.

LOVE IT!! Kadence thinks the dress is Awesome!

Great Job on the door! I love the melted mickey bar the best!

The putt putt course is just too cute!

I need to show Drew the pictures of the putt-putt course. I know I have written off the possibility of ever cruising....... but if I showed him he could play putt-putt on the ocean..... that COULD just do the trick!

So Funny, because John just said the putt putt just sold him!
