Has anyone used the TimeShare Store to sell a DVC time share. Does anyone know what commission they charge? Just wondering if they all charge the same.

Typically TTS charges a 12% commission. However they are currently running a special where they only charge 10%. I don't know how this compares to other brokers, but I will say that selling through them was fast and easy.

Others have been known to negotiate on commission based on size of contract or multiple contracts.

I've sold twice through TTS, both times charged 10% which I think is kind of the industry standard. Both of our contracts sold quickly, without drama, and closed on schedule.

We listed one of the contracts with another broker and got zero interest from that listing.

Frankly, for selling, TTS is the only place I would go. They're very knowledgeable and professional, and their closing company is also great.
