Has anyone stayed at Pop during Halloween? I'm looking for things to do like trick or treating or something instead of the Not so scary Halloween party on Halloween night.

The resorts don't really do anything special. You can go to Downtown Disney! I believe some of the stores do that. But the crowds are so big. I have stayed at Pop and have never seen the resort do anything, however some of the people staying there gave candy out to kids as they walked by. Which I thought was really nice to do.

We are staying at pop also on halloween i think WL does somthing also if you find anything out please let me know!!:thumbsup2

DTD stopped Trick or treating a few years ago_OP other than MNSSHP and some of the deluxe resorts doing stuff for their guests, there is nothing much to do

Darn, I thought there might be something Halloween for my kids to do besides the MNSSHP - we will be at the AoA !! I thought I saw somewhere that they do pumpkin carving at one of the Port Orleans resorts?? or maybe it was Fort Wilderness?? any ideas ?

We were at CSR a couple years ago at Halloween(we will be there again this year). And they had a very small trick or treating area around the lobby and restuarants. They also had character(Donald and Daisy in Halloween outfits) show up for about an hour for a photo/autograph session.

This is what I found on mousesaver about Halloween day.
If you are staying at one of Disneys resorts over Halloween, ask the front desk concierge whether any special events are planned. Frequently the resorts do offer some kind of festivities.

We stayed at Pop last year during Halloween. They did have some sort of trick or treating party. There were tables set up around the main pool and kids could get candy, do crafts, etc. I know they were giving away candy and towel animals to kids. There were maybe 8-10 tables set up around dinner time.

My kids are older so we did not participate. I don't think it would take very long to finish going through everything. I would say it would take 45 minutes to 1 hour if the kids did everything at all of the tables. They had music going and hula hoops out also.

It was free to all of the kids at the resort.
