The early morning Disney smell!

I'm reminded with the smell of coffee and breakast sometimes of going to the food court in the morning for coffee and breakfast and hearing plates clattering and the drone of voices!

The clean soapy smell if GF!

The rush of a waterfall and smell of chlorine at Poly!

The sweet smell of the confectionary on Main St!

Ill listen to Hawaiian music on Tikimans page and feel so homesick!

My son said this morning waiting for the bus in the morning sunshine that it smelled like Disney!

I thought it was just me, too. Each morning I get up as my family is still sleeping and quietly open the door and inhale the aroma. Can you say....heavenly!!! Then, when I arrive back home and open the suit case to un-pack, there is that smell again. I so love it!!!!

I agree with you especially if there is a little chill in the air.

Mine is the opposite - it's when there is humidity in the air. It's the clean smell mixed with just washed sidewalks/asphalt. We all love it in my family. Cannot wait!!

I love stepping out of my room at Pop to that smell so early in the AM's. It's just all encompassing of your senses, Disney is!

Even in Philadelphia - On beautiful mornings, when there is dew on the grass and the sun is shining, I smell Disney! My sister and I always say it to each other "It smells like Disney today!"

Waking up to a chilly morning, walking over to the food court, grabbing a mug of hot chocolate and going to the bus was my routine and those smells are permanently engraved in my mind. I can't wait to go back!

I love it! I think of Disney when I smell rain on hot pavement. There's just something about it, I close my eyes and invision myself at MK.

Oh yeah! took the dogs out too the yard the other day and i swear i was smelling disney, I have four more months to go. I went to the bank today and there was a car in the parking lot that had WDW on their licsene plate.

There is a magical Disney smell early in the morning, clean, fresh and full of magic! There was a really contentious thread a few days back to RD or sleep in, and all I could think was that if I didn't get up early I would miss out on my delicious Disney early morning smell!!!

I miss the smells of Disney. It got to the point where you could blindfold me at the Studios and i could lead you around just by smell alone....
The smell of the Contempoary concourse....
The smell of PI...
A monorail...
Every so often, I get a whiff of one and it sends me back....

I agree with all of the already mentioned smells, and the different resort smells take me back to different memories. The AKL may be my absolute favorite smell... so warm and comforting with the wood burning smells. We stayed during Christmas time, and the smells there were so fitting for the season.

WL is my favorite smell but I think AKL has the same smokey fire smell...38 days till I smell it for a whole week!!!!!

I live in a small Tennessee Town and work at a distillery also considered a tourist attraction. With our barrel trucks running in the morning it gives the same smell as the buses in WDW. With fresh cut grass and the maintenance crew using blowers around the facility in the mornings along with the high humidity and blooming flowers I get this smell quite often.
