Mickeys Very Merry Christmas - when do tickets go on sale?

Just wondering does anyone know how early in November they have the Christmas Party?

I'm finally going to get to do MVMCP this December. Have reservations for Dec. 8-16th. (hoping to get 2 party nights in) This has been on my Disney bucket list forever.
I've been to the MNSSHP a few times and loved it! Heard that the Christmas party is even better soooo excited.:goodvibes

We think they are both great :goodvibes. We've been to MNSSHP 3 times and MVMCP 2 times and we love them both.

Just wondering does anyone know how early in November they have the Christmas Party?

These are the 2012 dates from All Ears:

2012 DATES:
November 9, 12, 15, 16, 25, 27, 29, 30;

The hours for November have been released and MK closes at 7:00 on party nights, and the first night the MK is closing at 7:00 is November 8. (MK closes at 7:00 on November 1, but that's the last Halloween party.)

Hi
Where are the hours listed for November. Thanks

I havent been to MVMCP in 15 years, what exactly do they do now? A big dinner in Contemporary still? And what do they do in MK? How much is this usually? Thanks:listen:

Hey guys, might be a silly question, but does this run after Christmas at all ????

Just looked at the official page on WDW site and it doesn't really have details, just "selected nights in Nov and Dec"

We are looking at a Dec 26- Jan 6 or 7 trip this year, wouldn't want to miss out on this...

Thanks
no sorry. It ends before about a weeK before Christmas.

Last year we paid 69.00 per person. No big dinner. Just the Christmas party at the MK. It is a very good party We have done it the last 9 years and we are ready to buy the tickets this year. The parade ,decorations ,snow on Main street is worth the ticket.:santa: :santa: :santa: party: pixiedust:

How crowded is it on party nights? Is finding a place to watch the parade difficult. and do you know what times the parade and fireworks are? And where can you get info on AP discounts and dates. We plan to buy AP's this year. Thanks.

For those that have been...would you recommend a dinner reserveration for Crystal Palace around 4:30 then enjoy the party....or would you eat earlier outside of the park and hit the ground running at 4:00? We won't be doing anything that day but hanging at the pool if the weather is good.

I also read to do the 2nd parade as it is less crowded. Is that still true? Thought we would hit some rides during the first parade.

Suggestions on touring? Would love to see the 7 dwarfs as well but sure that line will be long.

I think CP at 4:00-4:30 would be a good start to the party. It doesn't get crowded before 7:00.

I would definitely see the second parade. A lot of people with young kids line up for the first parade early, the rest of the park is pretty quiet. I always like to head to the back first.

I think this is something to do once. That being said, we did it last Christmas and wouldn't bother doing it again. I felt like the parade zipped by at record speed - like let's get it done as fast as we can. Parade was nice, but fast - it was neat to see the snow on Main Street. Parade route was crowded and we got our seat about 1 1/2 hours before the start. Sometimes I've noticed these events can bring out the nasty in people. For example, there was a family directly behind us with a double stroller and 2 toddlers. Literally, right before the parade started a family about 15 people) showed up, pushed in and sat directly behind us completely blocking the toddlers. They were acting like the foreign tour group. People around us pointed this out and they actually said they didn't care. :furious: The kids proceeded to kick us during the whole parade - I actually think this was the plan to make us move and take our seats on the curb. That wasn't going to happen. We're glad we did it once, but that was enough for us.

Never done the parties. Now that my son is getting older I think we may do it this year.
