Tiaras?

How odd would I look if I wore a tiara on formal night? There are just so few times (outside of Disney) when a grown woman can wear one.

I've only worn it for my wedding and to give my Mom a laugh after her quadruple bypass heart surgery.

I've worn one on a couple of cruises. Last time DD joined me.

Do it. We will be. :D

We didn't even have a formal night and we wore our tasteful mini tiaras every night but the pirate night. Especially were we glad to have them with our Tiana, Belle, Cinderella, and Ariel photos and with our classic 'royal' modern dresses that we wore to the Royal Palace night. Our sister bought us another set of tiaras with a small hidden mickey that were pink and blue and so we wore those too!

We turn 31 tomorrow (ugh) but anyway celebrate that all of us get to be princesses. We wore them all over Disneyworld the day before with a little mermaid Tshirt and wore them all over the ship, and you can bet I'll be bringing them with me for what I hope will be next yr's cruise!

Calling all Princesses! You know where you are.

Represent!

See our tiaras? They aren't obnoxious or too much:

Plus everywhere you go, CMs say "hello princess!" Even Belle commented on our being princesses in the Storytime.

Yay for princesses everywhere.

(Ps the ones I got from the mall in the Tiana and LiL Mermaid TShirts were only $10. Totally worth it!!!)

I, and a few others, wore one on formal night. Like you said, there are few occasions when a grown woman could wear one so, heck yeah, I was gonna wear one. :rotfl: I wouldn't say there were a lot of women wearing them, but there were definitely a few out there.

And, on a cute side note, be prepared for various CMs to call you "Princess." princess:

I'm so glad you asked this! I mentioned wearing one on our cruise to my husband and just got a side-eye look. I'm always up for showing my princess side. :)

Do it!, where else can you do anything like this....don't forget your pirate garb for pirate night!

On my last cruise every woman at my table wore one--and we didn't plan it!

Hah. Love this!

Love my princess sisters representin!

Here here on the pirate dress comment too. Seriously, we are paying quite a bit for the vacation of a lifetime where we get treated to fantasy royalty. Now is not the time to be conservative if you don't want to!

You may address me as the queen! Awhile ago I saw a t-shirt that has a picture of the evil queen from Snow White on it. It's captioned, "So not a princess!" I really gotta get me one of those.

...not wanting to be a queen yet, altho diva is fine, princess is good...but with no kids and trying to hang on to 20s (altho 31 tomorrow boo) so will pass on the queen designation in favor for younger princess for as long as I can...

Rock on you queens tho!

I have 2 tiaras. One for formal and one that has a skull and ruby for pirates night :) ...... age: 40 something.'

Time for a new husband! Or perhaps a demonstration of your authority to wear a tiara. ;) :lmao:

We have 3 boys so I'm always dying to do girly things. I think it might be time for a reminder of authority. :lmao:
On a side note I did see on Pinterest that someone put together outfits to resemble the princesses. It's like dressing like a princess without the princess dress. I might have gotten more excited than the average adult...lol
