This will be our first time at a Villa. I am thrilled with the idea of having a kitchen. Question is...what foods do you all bring to have on hand? We drive so I was thinking of just starting a plastic storage bin to have it all in there.

We do exactly the same thing - we have a bin that we throw things in.
We collect condiment packets, salt and papper, little jellies from fast food places. Wawa always has them, for free so we're not stealing LOL.
Coffee supplies - filter, scoop to measure, creamer and sugar
Cereal, bagels, bread, Easy-Macs or box mac & cheese, soup, pretzels, granola bars, spaghetti and sauce.
Sometimes, but not always, we bring a cooler with cream cheese, eggs, butter, cheese sticks.
The gift shop at all DVCs carries a lot of good basic groceries. Frozen pizza and meals, eggs bacon sausage, milk and juice, donuts, lots of chips, pretzels, tortilla chips, salsa, baloney and cheese slices, peanut butter and jelly. The only thing you can't get is fresh meat or gourmet groceries, but you can eat for a week out of the gift shop if necessary.
We have used wegoshop in the past and really liked it. It's much better than taking time to go food shopping when you get there. After driving for 2 days, we prefer to relax and settle in, then hit the parks that evening. My family HATED it when I'd say, okay, let's go to Winn-Dixie now. Got pretty grumpy LOL. We tried Wal-Mart once and that was pure chaos. We'll never go there again. You get big families on vacation wandering the aisles with no sense of purpose and just getting in the way!!!
We do this too....bring the boxed stuff but have delivered the rest. Not TOO much of an upcharge and so nice to not have to go anywhere. Last time we used Garden Grocer and got a couple of their pre-made things. One was a lasagna bake or something similar. Said it served 6 but must have been the six biggest humans in the world. But it was wonderful and was a quick and easy meal for everyone for the remaining three days. I wish we'd had it earlier! I made a big salad that we just snacked on with that pasta and it was perfect! Plus we do some of the "healthier" stuff in the room since the kids mostly eat chicken nuggets and pizza in the park. And almost all breakfast in the room....so much easier while trying to dress the crazy kids!
