Maingate warning

Although they are blacked out for June and July, typically it is lifted and does not end up being the entire month. You'll have to check for changes periodically.

I don't know how much lifting they will do though, because of New Fantasyland

I have heard it is normal for the entirety of July to remain blacked out and from talking to my managers, it looks very unlikely for July to lift. June probably will lift partly.

Who is it blacked out for? CP's during their free time? Or visitors using CP passes?

I'm assuming if you let them into another park, they couldn't park hop to MK because of the blackout right? Or would it not matter since they were let into another park and hopped?

Thats correct, if MK is blacked out, your maingate ticket will not work at MK even if you start at another park.

This only applies for Maingate Passes, E-Tickets are treated like regular park passes.

If you are going to work for Disney, the proper word is block out (or blocked out), not black out (or blacked out), when referring to restricted dates whether speaking internally, or speaking with guests. :thumbsup2

Eh, I've heard it interchangeably amongst my co workers. Probably tired from late hours recently.
