Pirate Cruises from Resorts

I know they do Pirate Cruises from 4 resorts, but I can't find out what days each one sails. Specifically, I'm trying to find out which ones are offered on Wednesday. Can anyone direct me to where I can figure this out? :flower3:

Thanks! :goodvibes

I read the info about the 4 resorts and each lists which days they have the cruise. Except for the one from the Grand Floridian, it doesn't list which days. Does this mean they do it every day?

I signed my daughter up for the albatross pirate cruise that leaves from the YC/BC for our upcoming June/July trip and the CM said it was available M, W and F. Not sure if the other hotels are the same.

Yacht Club/Beach Club is Monday/Wednesday/Friday. My kids are going to do this when we go in September. Another DIS family will have their two children with mine. We are all going to do the Illuminations cruise together later that day. Very cool stuff!

Yes Albatross is Mon/Wed/Fri. My son is signed up for this on our trip next month.

I'm actually speaking w/ IPO now about this and the cruise from the GF is every day, except Sunday, 9:30-11:30.

Now to decide between the Yacht Club or the Grand Floridian. Our kids will be 4 & 6. I've heard both are good, but since our kids are on the young side do you think one would be a better fit?

I don't think it will make a difference, but can't speak to the GF one - my DS4 did the YC one last August. Personally, I would make your decision based on where you would like to hang out while they are on the cruise!

We haven't been to either resort. Is there enough to do to keep occupied around YC? I know at the GF we can ride the monorail, but what is there to really do at YC; is there enough to walk around and look at? We're not the kind of people to just sit around sipping a drink...

Yes! There is the entire Boardwalk area! Shops, restaurants, etc. at YC/BC, BWI and Swan/Dolphin. You could make an appointment at the Mandara Spa at Dolphin. You could even walk into EP and poke around WS for about an hour or walk over and play mini-golf at Fantasia Gardens.

I'm bummed because We can only go on a Tuesday and we are staying at the YC. I wanted to go the day we leave after our 730 breakfast at cape may. Now I'm concerned if we have time to eat breakfast at cape may at 730 get in the car and drive to GF. Do you think we have time to do this? I guess we will need to load the car before breakfast.

I don't think it matters much. I wanted YC since that's where we are staying, but it is fully booked on the day we wanted to go. So, I am making a morning of it, booking the bkfst at 1900 Park, and then taking them to the cruise. While they are on the cruise, I'm going to collect our Photopass + and hop on the monorail to the park to upgrade our tickets.

How far in advance did you call and find out they were booked? I still have not called yet and we are going in June.

Thanks! I'll have to look into the Boardwalk.
