Blank graphics for cabin door?

I'm so sorry to ask this because I'm sure its been asked but I search and search and search....


Where would I find blank graphics that I can save to my computer so that I can make and print out door magnets.

The ones I find are already filled in or made.

Please indulge my newbie-ness to this. It's our first cruise.
