These pictures were taken by Travelgal2, my new best friend :) She just returned from a B2B Dream trip and managed to snap these pictures in between cruises. We are going to be in rooms 5520/5522 on the 6/2/12 Fantasy, so I was really curious as to the setup of the rooms and Tracey was awesome enough to get these for me

haven't taken the time to decide which is which as far as 5520 and which are 5522, but maybe you guys can decipher. She did say the rooms are mirror images of each other.

Best picture for seeing the layout of the room, Tracey commented that the rooms are spacious

Oh, and unfortunately, the bathrooms are not split baths. I didn't include the pictures because there are plenty out there of the reg. bathrooms.

Lori...I'm so glad that you got your pictures!! LOL!! I knew that you would find them one way or another before our cruise!! :rotfl2: What category are these rooms? They're so spacious!!

Did anyone figure out which is which? I notice one desk is larger than the other? I'd rather have the larger desk and both rooms are currently available for my cruise.

Thanks

I have cruised in 5520. It's bed is on the right, and the sitting area and couch bed are on the left.

These rooms only sleep 3 correct??? So a family of 4 would need 2 rooms??

Yes, you are correct. There are a few 8a on the 6th floor that sleep 4 but these two particular rooms only sleep three. I know because I had asked my travel agent about it in hopes that I could put our 4 kids in one room. I need to book two rooms either way, but I would have loved to have one room for the kids and one for us. But they are so big I am going to try and get them anyway. HTH.

The rooms with the "divider" only sleep three. They have only a bed and a single convertible sofa, they do not have the berth that pulls down from the ceiling.

Also, category 8A staterooms do not have split baths.

Thanks. We just booked both - myself one and my daughter the other for next year's Spring Break. Can't wait to see them myself.

We had 5020 In December on the Fantasy. Bedroom on the left.

Again no split bath and only sleep 3.

The divided rooms willbe on deck 5.

We got to see the 8A on above ours on deck 6 and it was HA.

Also saw one with the pole on that level.

Only negative I saw was that when sitting in the window you don''t see directly down at the water. There is someting covered below that sticks out.

You do fget to see the camera that is on the television from the room we had. Was fun to check out the window to make sure it matched. There was a color difference.

Thank you for posting!! I have been dying to learn if room 5020 on the Disney Fantasy has the extended long desk as it does on the dream, or if it is the short desk. I am traveling with my 14 year old son, and am bringing my mother with us this time, so hoping there is storage for 3... pretty much adult sets of clothing.
